Custom Fields from Zoho Desk
First of all thanks so much for creating this application and making it part of Zoho One! I no longer need Zapier! That said, I cannot figure out how to map a field called "urgency" from my 123FormBuilder connector to the same field in Zoho Desk called "Urgency". The permissions are set to "VIsible" on the portal so I know end users can see and update the field. Am I missing something? Thanks
Additional Trigger fields for Zoho Apps
Will it be possible to add more "trigger fields" from Zoho apps. What I specifically looking for is the "Create Bundle" action in Zoho Inventory. E.g. I have a Production Order app in ZohoCreator and we are using the new Advance Composite Item to act as a Bill of material functionality. I want to create a new record in Creator for each Bundle that is created. That will help a lot of manufacturers using Zoho with "Bill of material " functionality. Thanks
