Recurring Invoices and AutoBilling
Hi there, I have several subscription based invoices. I would like to automatically generate and invoice and bill my customers to their credit cards. Is it possible to do this somehow?
logo quality
I'm seeking assistance on Zoho Invoice for the Header Background image quality. I can not find any filetype, size or image setting that will give my uploaded background image a quality appearance. Please see attached sample invoice here. When exported to pdf and printed, the worst looking part of my invoice is my company logo. Not something I can send to clients and feel good about. Disable the zoho invoice integration with the google apps mail

Placeholder for Job Title?
Is there a way create a placeholder for a job title? I used to do my own invoices but now I've hired an Office Manager. Although when my Office Manager is out of the office I'll have to do my own invoices and would hate to keep changing the Job Title on the signatures all the time.

Signature
When i go into invoice, select an invoice, send the invoice via email a default message and a signature we created is already filled in, in the body of the email. I figured it was the "signature" feature under settings. I went to Signature and changed it, saved it then tested it out again by sending an invoice but nothing was changed. Is there another area i have to make these changes. I have tried to google and looked through the site but I'm lost! Help zoho! :)

duplicate contacts

Is there a template or another way to display a service date in its own column? I'm having to enter both the service date and item in the same line, which is cumbersome. Thank you in advance!

Automatic billing of overdue invoices only
Is automated recurring billing set up yet? Particularly, all I need is to automate the billing (with authorize.net) of overdue invoices. Ideally, it would only occur after an invoice is 3 days late and the reminders have already been sent. Thanks
Separating daily work
Is there a way to separate the invoice by days? Such as Monday the first line, a description of that days work in the next and the hours and items below that? and so on for the rest of the week?
Update ARB CC info with payment form?
Hi, I have ARB subscriptions set up in Auth.net and I have my Silent Post URL set up to add invoices to Zoho Invoice for the appropriate Customers/Contacts. Sometimes subscriptions are declined and Auth.net is notoriously bad at dealing with declined payments. Is there a way I can set up Zoho Invoice payments to collect the new CC information and update the existing ARB subscription CC information with it so that they won't have to pay through Zoho each month? Using Contact ID (from CRM) to get Cusotmer ID (from Invoice) isn't working
Am I using the wrong url here? https://invoice.zoho.com/api/v3/contacts/[CONTACTID]/?authtoken=[AUTHTOKEN]&organization_id=[ORGANIZATIONID] I tried doing this with the Customer ID replacing contact ID and of course it works fine.... the problem being I have the contact ID and not the customer ID. I was told I could use the Contact ID to fetch the Customer object with the Invoice API. What do? **Edit: I need to run through a lot of contacts so I need to come up with a way to not use the SEARCH method.
Can I delete all Invoices (and/or Payments)?
I accidentally messed something up with my programmatic approach to adding Invoices and I need to delete them all (but I can't unless I delete each payment individually). There are about 300 Invoices (and payments). Can I delete all payments at once?
Adding items in an invoice
I have a contracting business that performs similar tasks. A simple example might be "Clean for sale". I would perform a task like this on multiple jobs but the scope is different for each project. When I create an item for an invoice it indicates that "item already exists" if that same term was used for a previous project. Importing invoices when Contact does not exist
When importing invoices, if the 'Customer Name' does not exist as a contact record within Zoho, it would be 'nice' if it warned of this in the 2nd step of the import wizard. I'm assuming that having a corresponding contact record is not required (though I would think it should be)- but, if it is not a requirement, then a warning would be helpful. - And if that's a bug and it should prevent the upload/import of the invoice, more the better.

Invoice title
I use a slightly customised invoice template, but can't work out a way of giving an invoice a "job title" box that doesn't then generate a "0.00" currency value. Just for example, I need a title "Confectionery order for March" followed by 6 smarties and 9 mars bars (each at a value). Can I do this?

Best Practice for Canceled Project?
I have a project that has been canceled. The client had made a partial payment as the deposit, which I recorded in Zoho Invoice. Since the project is canceled, I have refunded that partial payment. What would be the best practice for recording this refund, closing this invoice, and indicating that this project is canceled?
Custom template for credit note?
When creating a credit note, it seems that one can only choose from the system templates, and can not select a custom made template for the layout of the credit note. How can we use our company custom template for credit notes as well?

Not able to delete imported customers from Zoho CRM on Zoho Invoice
I've imported several contacts from Zoho CRM to Invoice, and I need to delete some of them, but every time that I try do do that, the system gives me this message - The selected customers cannot be deleted because they were imported from Zoho CRM. What can I do? Thanks
ZIP Code - Not available
Dear all, our company is several clients in Dubai, where no ZIP codes exist. Now for the software it is mandatory to enter a ZIP code, otherwise the recurrent invoice is not sent. Is there a possibility to make the field as non-mandatory? Thank you for your help! Best regards, Günther

As an internet service provider we register large volumes of domain names, which come up yearly for renewal. What I need to do at any time is to pull out a report of what domains have been paid for that month. I have used the domain name eg. mydomain.com in the description field and it is a recurring yearly invoice. From the report I want to be able to see the domains that have been paid for that month. I have tried to use the import/export feature and haven't had great success. When I export the items and try to edit them in excel i cannot import them back into the items. what am i doing wrong?
Recurring Invoice - automatically put month/year in the description text
Hello, how is it possible that in the description text of a recurring invoice always the actual month and year is defined? Our company provides permanent services that we invoice on a monthly basis. Our clients want of course have defined somewhere the month for which the invoice is issued. Only the date of invoice is not sufficient and in the short cuts there is only %InvoiceDate% what defines the full date and not only the month and year. Thank you for a solution or answer on that.
