Auto Fill for Contacts and Shipping info
In the Old version when entering a new Customer there would be auto fill options for Fields: City, State, Ect. In the new version I am not seeing this. Also can you please add a way to save Ship To addresses? I have 1000+ Customers that when I create an Invoice I have to re-enter the Ship To every time because it changes frequently. It will only remember the "default" or the last Ship To address used. I would like to have a drop down box of all the Previously used Ship to Address for that Customer
Ship to Address created in Estimate does not copy over to the Invoice
When creating an Estimate and adding a Ship To address it will not remember the Ship To address. For example: I create an Estimate (no 01) for a Customer that I use several Ship To addresses. In this case I Ship to 123 West Main Rd. Zoho now remembers this as the Ship to Invoice. Now I create another Estimate (no 02) and the Ship to is now 456 East Main Rd. When I go back to Estimate No 01 and "Convert to Invoice" it uses the LAST Ship To address (456 East Main Rd) not the (123 West Main Rd).

Year End Reports
Hello, I am looking to do a report for our accountant where it includes Client Name, Invoice #, Date of payment, Amount, Tax and Total. I am able to do one report but it does not separate the tax into a separate column. It only includes it all together. Is there a way to extract the tax so that it shows separately? Give staff access to Estimates
Does anybody else know how (if possible) to give staff access to estimates section. I would like staff to generate estimates to send out, but not access the rest of the invoicing. Currently they can log their time, but every time they need to send out an estimate managers have to do this. This would be a really useful feature and I feel an easy option for the development people to do (its just permissions at the end of the day).

I'm based in Spain and we have very strong Personal Data Protection laws. I'm afraid I won't be able to use Zoho without revealing my clients' personal details to Zoho and third parties. Otherwise, I think Zoho is a great idea, which is why I signed up for it.

Is it possible to give acces to customers to view and print their invoices? Freshbooks had this feature.

How to invoice from different addresses
Hi, I need to be able to send invoices from two different business addresses. Everything else remains the same: My name, my company name, my customers, etc. I initially thought I would just add another account for this, starting with the free account (now I have Standard), but I realized I would have to re-do all my invoicing templates, customer details, etc. and that's going to be a lot of trouble. There must be some way to do this from a single account - can anyone help? Thanks in advance, Susan
Entering tax on bills
Hi, First of all, is there a forum on the full Zoho Accounting package? I can see only the Invoices forum? Main question: When I record a bill, Zoho doesn't give me the option of "tax included / excluded". Am I missing something? Without this option, I have to do a manual calculation of the tax on the bill amount for those bills that don't specify the tax. This seems a pretty significant oversight. Can somebody put me right on this, or can Zoho tell me when this omission will be put right? Thanks.

Hi there, This is a simple feature I would like to see implemented - the ability to make a copy of an existing item, so in the event that I have numerous similar entries, I don't have to re-type the entire thing. It lets me be more consistent with my item formatting as well. Thanks!
Tax retained by customer?
Hi, in Greece, apart from the VAT 21% for which the customer is charged, there is also a 20% tax that is retained by the customer, and he returns to the IRS. Example: Net value 100 euros VAT 21%: 21 euros Tax 20%: 20 euros The customer pays 100 + 21, but keeps 20 to return to IRS, so pays 101 euros in total. How can I put that 20% in the invoice? Thanks
