Zoho integrating with Ogone/iDeal payment
Dear all, I was wondering why Zoho doesn't hav a payment integration with iDeal for the Dutch/European market. In Holland almost no customers use Paypal or Google Checkout. Zoho Invoice app crashing on opening on OSX
Hello, we are currently evaluating Zoho Invoice as an option for our back end time tracking. We are all Apple based. I have tried to install it on four different macbooks, on two of them everything is perfect, but on the other two, the app is crashing during opening. I have re-install it several times, but it does not make a difference. How can we solve this? Thanks, Kamen

Hi - where do I find the following option when creating an invoice? Is there setting I need to activate? From the user guide: Make sure "Allow customer to make partial payments for this invoice" option is selected for that particular invoice on the invoice creation page. Only then it’s possible to receive partial payments for that invoice via online."

"Attention" field not showing on Invoices
I have several customers that require me to put specific names in the "Attention" field on their invoices. I am putting this information in the Contacts\Edit\Address\Attention field (see attachment top). This field shows up on the "Overview" tab (see attachment middle). However, this does not show up on the invoice (see attachment bottom). Please help!
Attachment to the email template not getting sent when multiple invoices are sent
I have an attachment in invoice notification email template (please see the screenshot). It is a newsletter that I'd like to send to all customers with invoices. But when I select multiple invoices and click email icon button to send them it sends emails without that newsletter attachment. But if I select only one invoice and click the email button it sends the attachment. Is this a bug? Thanks and regards Kush
Duplicate an estimate
Hi Is it possible to duplicate an estimate within the Zoho Invoice system? I have a client who asked for one estimate to be broken down into 6 separate estimates - it would be much easier to duplicate the complete estimate and delete the items I don't need from each. Does anyone know if it's possible to change the date format display on pages for inputting data from the US format (MM-DD-YY) to the UK format (DD-MM-YY). Note, the date format option on the Organisation Profile ONLY affects MAIN display screens, NOT data input screens. As an aside, it should be possible to use UK spellings rather than US spellings - organisation vs organization. API OAuth connection
I have a trial account for the invoice app and i try to connect my service with OAuth. I follow steps described in the api documentation but in step 3, i have a {"error": "invalid_client"} as response... Is it limited by the trial version ? or it's me and i miss something obvious ?
HELP - Can no log into Zoho invoice (USA feature) from Spain.
How do i log into Zoho.com from Spain? I have tried a dozen ways. It keeps taking me to the .EU or SPanish sites... I had to turn my phone on to get the validation code and then the site is still .EU not .COM and the .EU site will not show me Zoho Invoice... I can not get to the .COM site from Europe.... NEED HELP FAST... this is ridiculous...

Love Zoho Invoice. But here's a question: when I invoice clients monthly, I push an invoice with invoice detail from excel. The excel is saved to Zoho Invoice as an .xlsx file and it sends to the client correctly. The issue is that later, when I go to access to attachment easily, the attachment saved WITH the invoice has been converted to a .txt file. Is there a Zoho Invoice developer that can look into this and correct it? Otherwise I have to dig through emails to find the invoice and its attachment...and
How do I create subheading in an invoice
We are test running ZOHO products so that we can use it for our operations. But we need to know the possibility of of customizing the invoice template to have a semblance of our excel template. How to include expenses on a labor based invoice
I am trying to bill a customer for both time and expenses on the same invoice. I have all my task based hours entered in for a project using the time tracking feature. I have also entered in several receipts(billable) in the expenses section. However I cannot figure out how to pull both the labor and the expense entries into the same invoice. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I have a questions about Zoho Invoice. On the ,y dshboard it shows a graph of yearly income. There are 3 numbers. 1 - Total Sales 2 - Total Receipts 3 - Total Expenses. My question is What is the difference between Sales and Reciepts? I would think they should be the same but maybe I made an error somewhere? I have put off sharing this to give Zoho time to solve the problem. Before christmas my team reminded me that we struggled with the integration between crm and invoices as we use both accounts (sometimes) and contacts. We work b2b and b2c. I am using ZOHO invoices. I work in a platform which allows buyers and sellers to meet and do business. So the our customers are primarily the sellers. We use rows for individual orders. Its natural that one particular invoice might require more rows , if the seller had more than 400 orders. Hence i need to have the facility to use as many rows as possible

Hi, When billing based on timesheets, when I generate the invoice I cannot change the number of hours billed to client. I would like to be able to do so without having to delete the line and add a new one, because I want ot use Zoho report and want to have a report on number of hours billed by employee. Printing multiple statements
We currently have to select individually 25 statements at a time to print our monthly 150 or so statements. This is a real pain. Is there a way to print all those statements at once? (Or is that feature coming?)

How to modify or delete custom fields?
Hi, I created a few custom fields for Items in Zoho Sales and would need to update/modify some of them, and to delete others. However, when i try to delete or to modify settings (such as "Display when creating transactions" from Yes to No), I have the notification that "since the custom field has been used in some transactions, it cannot be deleted" (although for some fields i just try to modify settings of the custom field, not to delete it)...
