Enable IMAP for all users (without clicking each one)
I know how to enable IMAP for a single user: >> Login to mail.zoho.com as Super Admin. >> Go to Control panel--> User Details--> click on the email address--> and you can modify the IMAP and POP setting for all the users in the organization. However I have many users in my organization, it's not feasible to manually edit each record. How can I either select and mass enable IMAP or enable IMAP by default for any new user (then I will re-import all users).

Migration failure - Server unreachable
Hi, I'm attempting to run an IMAP migration from my previous provider, but I'm consistently running into a "Server unreachable" error message. I set up a migration last night, but left it while waiting for my MX records to be updated. I returned tonight and attempted to add the account to be migrated, but received an error message on several occasions. I then deleted the original migration and attempted to create a new one, but without any further success. I have verified that the provided details
Mail migration problem
I'm using your mail migration tool to move 11 Google Apps accounts to Zoho. I believe it is all set up correctly. The first account copied across 999 emails (according to your Migration information...I'm not 100% it's imported just 800-and-something, but that's the big issue). It seems to have stalled at 999. There's been no change in over an hour. The other ten accounts all show as being "In progress", but also report that "No data found for this account". Could you please let me know what's going
