Archive Policy - Do not archive
When emails are archived in Zoho Mail, they are no longer accessible with IMAP. So probably most users should not use this function when they also use an IMAP client. There is a System archive policy that cannot be changed. See here: https://mail.zoho.eu/zm/#settings/all/archivepolicy

Hi, It would be nice to have an "Always show image(s)" option too so we don't have to click on "Display now" over and over again. So, we should have a set of "Display now", "Hide now", "Always display", "Always hide" options based on the image settings

show email date and time in the email list view
I need to see the email received date and time. You have the date just enable it ot be visible by option. I don't care if the view is "cluttered" I need the information available
