Unable to send mail through SMTP from WHMCS
Hi I am unable to send emails from whmcs through SMTP. I have configure as per instructions on help page. Below details for your ref. Kindly assist ASAP.

Print changes to "preview" screen/won't print
Starting today, after hitting "print" for an email, the print preview screen looks different and it won't print, whether I hit the "print" button, or ctrl+p. Was there a change made today? Email Not Showing From Website Contact Form Submission
When a prospective client emails me from my contact form on my website, the email that arrives in my inbox doesn't show that person's email address despite it being a required field on my contact forms. It's a wordpress site and is working at that end, I've tested with a different email address and despite entering it, it doesn't show in the email I received in Zoho. Mail Policy Problem
Hello, I have setup a new Mail Policy for outgoing and incoming attachments. For testing purposes I have currently setup for outgoing attachment policy, allowed *.txt files. However in this instance, when I try to send an email with a .txt attachment I get the following error. "Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.7.7 Mail Policy violation : Check attachments and try again" Also sending mails without an attachment also results in same error message. Can you help please.

I have a custom logo for my domain with a transparent background and it looks good in the tabbed business view for all apps when I log into business.zoho.com or personal.zoho.com. Zoho mail in Outlook 2016: Exchange Active Sync or IMAP?
Hello, After I setup a Zoho email account, I am now setting up email client in my Windows 10 64Bit OS. I noticed that, in Outlook 2016 client, Zoho mail can be configured via IMAP, as suggested in the FAQ section. Having said that, why NOT set the account via Exchange Active Sync? This would also sync calendar, contacts and provide a more robust sync experience. Any reason why I should not setup my Zoho emaila ccount in Outlook 2016 via Exchange ActiveSync (and use IMAP instead)? Thanks! Pablo

CardDAV Editing Support
I added my contacts to my Mac via CardDAV (because of lack of Exchange support). I can see my contacts show up right away in the Contacts app. I cannot edit any of the contacts details. When I click edit on the contact, it goes into edit mode, but any of the phone numbers or email addresses that are on the Contact in Zoho are just plain text and not an editable field. Anything I add does not sync back to Zoho. Is Zoho CardDAV view only?
