TLS vs SSL
Hi there ! There is something I don't really understand regarding SMTP encryption. The documentation says that port 465 is for SSL, and port 587 for TLS. I have two questions : I am not an expert, but for what I know, everybody agrees that SSL should not be used anymore, only TLS is secure. Why offer the SSL option, then ? When I do some tests using openssl, it seems to me that : No encryption is available on port 587. And I get the error "SSL routines:ssl3_get_record:wrong version number" Port 465
Change from Cpanel to Cloudflare
While setting up the zoho mail, it was configured with Cpanel, while actually it was using Cloudflare. How can I change it to Cloudflare. Or should I delete the account and start fresh, it has no mails in it, it was created just a day before, if to delete, how to and how fast can I start another account for the same domain.

Email Migration via file method
Hello, I recently migrated from O365 to Zoho mail recently and I have stupidly turned off the mail subscription for O365. I was unaware that thousands of emails did not migrate properly to Zoho Mail... 4 years worth in fact. I have those emails on my laptop in a OST file. Is there any way I can migrate that file to Zoho Mail to reclaim my emails?

MX and SPF not working
Already added the MX and SPF records, but on the control panel it still stays that they are not pointed to zoho mail. Can you check if my configuration is right and I just need to wait?

Migrate from Zoho to Gsuite
Hello, I need to migrate our email account from Zoho to Gsuite. I followed the Data migration option of Gsuite and provided the following server details. Migration Server: Other Email Server Connection Protocol: IMAP Email Server: imap.zoho.eu:993 Account: csilla@acrosscontinents.net The connection is successful. However when i try to migrate emails it shows initializing for long time and eventually shows error (with error LEGACY_CONNECT). Could you please guide me what should i do or if I am missing

"Cannot get mail" Zoho is currently unavailable
All of the email accounts I have get this error on iOS devices yet all accounts can login via a browser so I know that passwords are correct. Accounts were working fine on all devices until a week or so ago. I am using my own domain and using "imappro.zoho.com" for the incoming mail server. How can the mail be working (I know this because of logging in via a browser) but I can't use it with other mail programs?

Hello i am having a problem setting up an email for a client. when i set it up in Outlook is keeps failing when it has to connect to incoming mail server. i can however log in to web mail. i also checked the settings on imap and pop but i still cant connect to the server . i even tried to set the mail up on my laptop and have another ISP but i am still having the same problem. these are the settings i used. i even tries to ping imap.zoho.com but i am getting time out am i doing anything wrong or

Problems in Setup of outlook 2016 imap with zoho account
Hi Can anyone assist me?I am new to ZOHO today, I have setup email addresses etc. with my domain and verified etc., however when trying to setup on outlook as an IMAP account, during the account test stage I keep getting an error message returned stating that 'outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server'.... Every email says "sending" and saves as draft, but also sends the email...?
So every email I send will show up as having gone out in the sent folder (and it has) but in the Compose section it still says the message is not sent. This means every email I write I have to click cancel, discard the draft and then check the sent folder. ?
