All incoming emails going to Spam
To whom it may concern. All my incoming emails are going directly to the Spam folder. This is only happening on my account and not on other employee accounts. This is getting to be very inconvenient and I would much appreciate this being looked into. Regards, David Goddard david@foredesign.co.nz

hello every one, My friends told me that Zoho is one of the best services for multiple emails and in one mail and easy to use. But, I am feeling for difficulty by using Zoho mail. Is there any way to avoid rate limit for "no-reply" mails?
Hi, Im using a no-reply email address to deliver mails to reset user's passwords and other stuff which logically doesn't accept incoming mails, recently, my application grow a little more and my outgoing mails were blocked. I unblocked it by clicking the link in the mail zoho sent but Im afraid that this will happen again. Is there any way to avoid this? or is a different service there for this task? Thank you all.
My organisation has no super admin
I've been trying to undertake a migration from Docs to Workdrive, and I have just found out that I have no Super Admin! I know which one I named it as, but now all I have is one 'admin' and one 'user'. I've been going through problems with Zoho almost since the day I started using it, and I am getting to the point where I am going to leave and go to Google. GMAIL is opening my Zoho mail on my iphone! How do I stop this?
Just recently, whenever I try to open a zoho email account on my iphone, it opens using a gmail account! I don't want gmail or google anywhere near my private zoho account! How can I stop this? WHY is this happening? I never would intentionally sign up to have my zoho account checked or opened by any other email entity. I don't do POP mail importing or linking.

Problem with image in signature block
I saw this raised on the forum and yet it appears to still be an issue after 7 YEARS!!!!! I insert my company logo, rescale it to look ok and appears ok, but when i see emails coming back the logo is HUGE - I mean covering more than the email page width...really not professional and now i'm 50/50 switch to another email solution as can't have this - signature looks awful. Hi, I tried to verify my mobile with the SMS code. But faced a problem. I received an 11 digit code. When I entered that code, it said "wrong". Then I tried with the first 7 digits, but it said nothing. When I tried to resend the code, it said to try later (maximum attempt happened). ZOho Mail giving error in Outlook on mac

Reply All issue in ZOHO mails
I migrated a PST from MS Outlook to ZOHO mails, but when attempting for Reply All in any migrated emails, then it isn't showing any emails (except mine) which were there in earlier sent email. Also in CC section it is displaying some mails from TO section and some emails from CC section.
