Zoho mail server refusing connection (Socket error code 10061)
Hi, A client tried to email and for some reason the zoho mail server appears to have refused the connection. I looked at the server response and it was "Socket error code 10061" Is there some way to solve this problem? Is something misconfigured on the Zoho server? Or is there something I can do on my end? Obviously this is a major problem if it recurs because it affects my business. Thanks for any insight or help.

With your product, is it possible to import a csv with a list of emails in one column, name in another, and a list of unique urls in another, and based on the email address, it will embed the unique url into the email template? So it would look something like this: Hello [Name] Please see your report here [link to unique report]

Hi, I was charged a 34,65 $ CAD but I don't know why. I dont even know how zoho got my credit card. I'd like to know how to get a refund.. I get the error 553 Relaying disallowed When I send emails from gmail -> zoho and vice versa. I changed the Mx for the domain, but the notification keeps popping up that they are not directed to zoho. How can I solve this?

553 Relaying disallowed
Hi, I am receiving a "553 Relaying disallowed" error when sending emails to my domain email address which I have configured in Zoho. However, I am able to receive emails from my domain email to my gmail account. domain :- diresic.com The SPF and MX entries are all configured in the domain's DNS Management panel as per the Zoho instructions. See attached screenshots. Look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi, I think my account has been hacked as my password has changed and the security question prompt isn't what I would set it to. I emailed Zoho's support address this morning but haven't heard anything from Zoho. Please could I get some advice on what I should do? Missing Attachment
Just in the last two weeks, I have been having a large number of emails that people are sending with attachments, but there are none attached when it arrives in my inbox. They are not weird or dangerous attachments, they are just normal jpegs or PDFs but they are just not there. I have the customer send them to my other gmail account and they come through just fine. Is there something that has changed in the way ZOHO handles these attachments or is there a setting I can change to make it go back
