How do i include search option in zohomail? It seem the search option disappear at my tab
Cut and Paste removes logo in email signature
I've been using an email signature for more than a year without issue. Today I changed the email signature to add another social link. Suddenly, if I cut and paste anything into the body of my email it will make the logo disappear. Thinking it had something to do with the new signature, I deleted it and put the old signature back in. Now the same thing is happening with the old signature. If I type in the body of the email, the logo stays where it is. It's only if I cut and paste some text above

Blocked account
My account (tm @ thomasmaresca.com) has been blocked. I frequently use a VPN and am not certain if that is the reason. I tried unblocking on the admin page but I am greeted with a pop-up saying to contact support. Sent emaills, but no reply or acknowledgement. Please unblock my account.

Hi, I've set up a business email for myself a couple of days ago (and some other in my company) and it was working fine to begin with. However now when I go to the login page (https://www.zoho.com/mail/login.html) and simply click on the button that says "Access zoho mail" I then get directed to a page which says Unexpected Server Error. New Email Setup: Mobile Number Already Exist
I have two businesses already registered to use Zoho Mail and am in the process of adding a third. I want to keep all of my businesses separate in case the companies are passed on to another party in the future. Since I'm only one person, I have one phone number which I used when I transferred one of my businesses over to Zoho Mail the other day. Now, I am wanting to set up email for my newest company. Hacker is Sending Messages from My Account
In my Sent folder, there are many spam messages sent out. But I didn't create them nor send them. It's unlikely that somebody signed into my account to do this because it would be extremely time-consuming to send these many spam messages manually. Could somebody have hacked into Zoho's system and used my address to automatically send out spam? If so, how do we stop this?
No admin password, can't delete anything
Hi, I recently signed up to zoho using my existing google account. I was testing the mail functions with my own domain and created a couple of users etc. But then when I went to delete them I couldn't because it kept asking for the Admin password which does not seem to be my password which I use for my google account. I do not recall ever setting any other password anywhere and I can't even "reset" the password because I need the admin password in order to reset the password (seriously!). Looking

Can't send from email aliases configured in Airmail
I use the Airmail application for Macintosh as my email client. I've added some aliases (already configured in my Zoho control panel) but am unable to send email from those aliases via Airmail. The SMTP settings in Airmail appear to be correct, and my main email address is able to send properly. It's only the aliases that don't work. I've also verified that I can successfully send from the aliases when doing so through the Zoho webmail site.

I have a zoho mail email address, and i can send emails but cannot receive any for some reason. When I try to send an email to my zoho account from another address, it bounces back and says that it's undeliverable: nonexistent domain. Can't see pop3 added account in thinderbird
In my zoho account, i have added a (mail@**my_domain**.com) account using pop3 (deleted mails from pop server) and this emails is showing in separate account (bottom left corner Mail accounts). Zoho Mail not fetching from Gmail POP account
Hi, I am using Zoho Mail as my primary email hub, because of the CRM integration. I have a business gmail account that I have added as a POP account to Zoho. Unfortunately, Zoho does not appear to be fetching emails from the gmail account. All of the account settings are correct. I am able to send email just fine. I receive no error messages... just nothing comes in. The gmail account does allow for POP access. I'm currently forwarding emails from the gmail account to zoho, but that is far from ideal.

You can put in field "from" whatever you like - and Zoho mail pass it directly into your inbox - DKIM, SPF, DMARC and DNSBL are activated but no use of that... Is there a way to block these fake mails, in mesage header it says that mail did not pass (mx.zohomail.com; spf=softfail (zohomail.com: transitioning domain) but it comes into inbox anyway....

Hi, I'm using Zoho mail for the past 3+ years. Recently i have noticed that my sent folder mails from the past 3 years has been deleted and contains only current month sent mails only. for eg: as of today my sent folder contains mails sent from April 01, 2020 only. 2 paid accounts 1 inbox
I have been a customer now for a while. I own 2 paid accounts that go to 1 inbox. Lately, one of my accounts stopped receiving emails. The only way I can retrieve my emails is to sign out of one account and login to the other one. This defeats the purpose of having one inbox. Has anything changed lately? Everything worked fine until a couple of days ago.

I created a email adress today and verifyed succesfully to my domain www.mothersqueen.com I am able to send emails from my new email info@mothersqueen.com BUT I can't receive any ones emails at all. Not receiving emails from automated systems
why am i not receiving emails from automated systems? for example i have a thrid part system that sends me reports every morning, however they are not coming through. If i ask them to send it to my non zoho account, then they all come through fine. I have 6 zoho accounts and they dont come through on any one of those.
