Unable to send mail via mail client
Using Mac Mail on OS X (10.10.3) Been having issues with both checking and sending email for a few days. Have deleted and re-added the account, verified username and password are both correct, as are SMTP settings. I can log in and send via the web interface. The server is reporting this error when using the mail client.. The server response: -ERR USER NOT AUTHENTICATED Please advise

Compared to other email hosting, Zoho mail looks very outdated. You guys should Update the UI and make it simpler and minimal.

Cannot download attachment
Hi, i'm having trouble downloading any attachment from my Zoho email. The download speed is very slow, and it will restart to download again upon completion. The file download will keep looping, restarting until it becomes erro and stops. I tried to clear browser cache, restart browser, restart komputer, nothing works. I don't have this problem with my Gmail, Hotmail, on the same computer. Please kindly assist. Thank you.

Dear Zoho, Last time I heard nothing for a couple of days while my mail was not working at all, or not properly. You also claimed nothing was wrong (at status.zoho.com) and we never heard anything. Some emails not being delivered to our users
I am seeing an issue where some emails are not delivered to the users, at least I cannot find them. For example today one of my users had their PC hacked and encrypted so I am attempting to reset their Amazon password for them and requested to chnage the password which requires the entry of a validating code sent via email. I am in their email acount and the code did not arrive. I checked our anti-spam gateway through which our email goes and is delivered on to your SMTP servers and I have a confirmed

Hi, I am running the zoho mobile app as well as the email on the mail client on my mac. there were no issues since the last 2 years but the last 10 days i havent been receiving any mail, the outgoing mail is working fine though. Dont no the reason why suddenly the incoming mail would stop the the mac mail and android app. Please help.

I can not access my email
When I try to open my zoho email at work it gets stuck on the loading screen and stops there. At home I'm able to access it with no trouble. I've tryed to debug the problem and found that the browser is not able to load a "zmetry.....js" java script. I've tryed different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge and even Internet Explorer!), but still I can't see my email. Anybody knows what is happening? Regards

Hi, I have succesfully set up my Zoho account, with my own domain (firmatverkkoon.fi). I updated the MX records, and I can now send and receive email from my new email address (tuomas@fir...). Then I tried to make a contact form using PHP, to my website. The contact form works, but when I config it to send email to my new email address, the messages don't reach my mailbox. Import Email from GoDaddy

Migration from GoDaddy to Zohomail
Hi All, I am trying to migrate all the emails from Go Daddy to zohomail account using the migration tool. i tried with imap method, its not working. when i try it with pop method, then only the emails from the go daddy account inbox ( not other folders), is getting transferred, how can i transfer all the folders in the email account from go daddy to zoho. and also the emails which are coming from go daddy are like new unread emails ( is there any where i can differentiate from read and unread emails)

DKIM Godaddy Verification issue
Good morning, I'm trying to do the DKIM verification on my domain that is registered with Godaddy but I can't do it. I tried several times to perform the procedure and I cannot verify. I contacted Godaddy support and they informed me that the error may be the Host, however I place the same value informed by Zoho.

Schedule office assets like meeting rooms, projector
Hello team, I would like to be able to schedule office assets for meetings, together with participants. E.g. I scheduled a meeting on monday and I would like to say that I will be using the proyector. It will then be shown as "Busy" for that time. This way, the other users will not try to book this asset for the same time. Another usage of this is for meeting rooms. This feature exists in Exchange server if I am not wrong as "Ressources".
