BUG: "The same email address to which the email was sent to" option is case-sensitive
When you reply to email which was sent to UPPERCASE@example.com, the from address uses incorrect default because the alias configured is lowercase@example.com and the webmail (at least, not checked app) is treating email address as case-sensitive, which is wrong, email addresses should be case-insensitive. MS Outlook app for Android stops accessing Zoho accounts
I have a number of zoho mailboxes plus a 365 managed account that I access using the MS Outlook app on my android phone.. Is it possible to make it so I can see where the link in an email is going to take me? This can easily be done by showing the URL when I hover over the link. In the end we needed to settle for a half-working solution... Email app sync not working.
Hello I’ve been using this app for years and it has been good until recently. It has stopped syncing with the email server. On the desktop and on my husbands phone it still works fine. Emails eventually come in if I reset the phone but it is still not showing that as of yesterday‘s emails. For example I deleted a whole bunch of emails and they are all still showing and the sync icon is just spinning. Please help. I have an iPhone 7

Show Display Name instead of Email Address
I am using Zoho Mail on desktop web and iOS app. On both, incoming mail is displayed from an email address (e.g. john.doe@domain.com) and not their display name (e.g. John Doe). On the Desktop Web it never changes and is the same for preview and viewing the complete mail. On iOS you see the display name when you click on the mail. How can I configure Mail to show the display name?

So I'm using ActiveSync on my iPhone on the latest iOS, I'm able to receive emails, move them to folders but when i try to compose or reply an email, i will get an error "Cannot Send Mail. The message was rejected by the server." I have 2FA enabled, I'm using the app specific password. Reminder, I'm able to receive but not send. Tested via imap or zoho mail app, no issue. Only on ActiveSync.

Bug when adding email address to group
I have a group that I can essentially no longer add email addresses to. The problem started as soon as I hit 100 external email addresses in the group. From that point on, almost every time I try to add a new external address the Email Address textarea clears and the the record count in the top-right changes to "NaN." Mac Mail no longer works - "Unable to Verify Account"
I have had my account for 5 years and I recently went into my account settings on my Mac to just check my settings to allow me to setup my sons email account correctly and then post me entering my account settings I am getting this "Unable to Verify Account or Password" error popping up. I have changed my password to try and resolve the situation. - no luck I do not have MFA set as I noticed 2 Factor Authentication can be an issue with Mac Mail- still can not access my mail on either my iPhone
