Problems receiving messages on Wordpress / hosting provider Hostinger
Dear all, I am experiencing problems using my email accounts with Zoho as sign up and contact form point on my website (built with Wordpress and hosting provider Hostinger). I have 5 email address in total with Zoho and none of them are working to receive messages from my webpage. Can someone please assist? Thanks, Alex

Failed to receive some message
Hi, I am currently setting up Zoho with Shopify and have been having issues when receiving messages where sometimes it gets sent and sometimes it gives me an "Address not found" error. The "Check MX" tool says everything is fine though. Does it matter if its ".com.au" vs ".com", which is what Shopify automatically adds when I use the Zoho code? Regards

Unable to verify SPF and DKIM
Hi, I am trying to setup SPF and DKIM for my domain, managed by Shopify, but it does not seem to be able to verify. I have been following the configuration steps: SPF (https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/spf-configuration.html) DKIM (https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/dkim-configuration.html) Tried "Control Panel" > "Tools" > "Domain Details" > "Get All Record" to check. It did find the new TXT record for SPF as in the screenshot below though it still could not verify. The TXT record

Hello Team Zoho, The accounts gerencia@maternofetal.com.co and secretaria@maternofetal.com.co are blocked due to suspicious login activity. We follow the steps in unblocking accounts in https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/adminconsole/troubleshooting.html#block We change the password, then press unblock, but it doesn't work. Hi, I'm trying to open an email account and I¨m being asked to verify my domain first. Fair enough, but although I followed the instructions provided on your site, I¨m still being asked to verify my domain. I have set up a TXT record on my domain as such and I can see it has propagated based on this site: https://www.whatsmydns.net/#TXT/patmcgrathplumbing.com.au But more than a day after configuring that TXT record I still cannot verify SPF on Zoho - what is going on?

On the compose screen, why is the Insert Link button hidden on the second row of buttons? It is one that I use often and I am sure that applies to most other users too. The default view: The expanded view: Can it please be moved to the visible row of buttons so that we do not have to click on 'More' to see it in the hidden row.

Hi. I normally set a lot of reminders for the emails received and sent. And others for the tasks or flows. I would like to know if it is possible to find all the reminders set in a specific way so to quickly dismiss those that are no more necessary (not controlling each email....). Thanks
SPF confirmation and CNAME failure
Hi SPF: The Mail Admin Tools conflict with the SPF authentication verification. The Tools shows SPF as verified but the SPF verification shows as not verified. What going on? Which one do I believe? Also both mxtoolbox.com and whatsmydns.com show SPF record is verified. CNAME: Both mxtoolbox.com and whatsmydns.com show CNAME problems yet I can use mail.ajprinters.com.au. What's the problem here? Found question from 7 years ago. The fact that nothing has been changed in 7 years since this question has been asked is pathetic. Clicking on boxes is...well....so 7 years ago. Zoho email not being fetched in apple mac mail.
I've seen lots of people had this problem a couple of years ago so I thought I would start an up to date discussion. I have IMAP set up for soho within mac mail. Working fine apart from mac mail does not fetch emails without me manually closing and relaunching the mail app. Or alternatively taking the account offline and then online again. I have numerous accounts with other email hosts and they all fetch email without issue. This is really unproductive and inefficient for workflow, is there anything
