I am getting an error message saying I can’t connect to the outgoing mail server. I am using iPhone.

Emails not being received
Our company is recently being told by some of our clients that they are not receiving our emails - this is new. We have IMAP setup and are bcc-ing other cloud-based applications (like gmail) that ARE receiving our emails but the end clients don't seem to be. Is there any setting that anyone has used that could help with this? I've been reading about SPF but not sure I should do that or not at our root domain. Thanks in advance!

Inbox- sender name
So I logged in this morning, to see that instead of sender name alongside emails in initial inbox view, there is now a 2 initial picture. So on loading inbox my emails now read CC, T&, MA. This is somewhat useless in terms of working out who the message is actually from, one must now open the message or hover over/ tap the picture.... This is happening on laptop & tablet, but not mobile phone. What do other users think of this design change? Is there a way to turn it off? If not, I will be closing

Pop Accounts Display Sorting Order
Hi, It seems the display sorting order of my pop accounts have changed beginning this morning (12/04/2018). In the old interphase you were able to manually define the display order, I was not able to find it in the current interphase. Can you please advise how to change? Thank you,

I have been waiting over a day for my SPF being verified it was for couple of minutes but then something changed dont know what but Im still waiting for SPF verification. Did I do everything correct? How long do I usually have to wait?

Aggregating multiple calendar (Office 365, Project, CRM) into one
HI, We are considering aggregating multiple calendar into one, and Zoho Calendar seems to be the central point. Would it be the best solution to get all our calendar into Zoho into 1 interface. So, how can we: - display Office 365 calendar in Zoho Calendar - display my tasks from Zoho Projects in Zoho Calendar - display my tasks, calls, events from CRM in Zoho Calendar ? If Zoho Calendar is not the tools in Zoho, which would be the best Zoho tools for that ? Thanks

Hi! Hello! I am starting to use spreadsheets, email and other Zoho services. I don't understand why I need to log in using an email account from other services if I already have one from Zoho itself. For example, I am logging in with Gmail email to use spreadsheets and logging in with Yahoo email to use Zoho email. I also had difficulty with authentication because I had to use my wife's phone number because mine were already associated with other accounts. Why not link everything in one Zoho account?
DKIM Validation/ Namecheap
Did anyone ever resolve this issue? I've spoken to Namecheap and they said just to enter admin._domainkey etc (no email address after) but it still won't verify! It's so frustrating as I moved this email to ZOHO from Namecheap as I thought their service was bad. Now it's even worse as my business isn't receiving its emails! Sent Emails Still Showing as Sending

Too many bounced emails
Hi, I've only just set up Zoho for my system. So I went to send an email to my 600 members of my forum to inform them of the situation that we've now got a proper email provider. As is typical with any forum, quite a few members have used temporary inboxes or were just spammers, but in both cases, their email addresses would bounce. My sending has now been blocked, but I really need it unblocked. Can this be done so sending can resume? Thanks.

How do I delegate email from another service?
My friend is hosting my site and gave my access to the admin panel so I can manage the site myself. Unfortunately he is not available to help right now so I need to do this myself. I'm trying to point the email to zoho. I've have completed every task but the email delegation. In the admin panel they say I must select the service to which I want to point the email to but the drop down menu shows only "google, yandex, mail and local". I guess I must add zoho to that list but I can't figure out how.
Really feel stupid..but need help to get six month old emails back
Okay, I'm the idiot who didn't know trash only held an email for so long....I thought my trash emails were trhere forever, like my sent. Is there anyway to retrieve emails from trash from six months ago...OR to get the original email sent back to me WITH the attachment i need in an email chain.... i can see the email in the chain, but the attachment isnt there.
Not being able to receive some emails @royaltybd.com
Last few days we got lot of complaints that people are not being able to send us emails. Initially we thought it's with all the emails but later on found out that out of 23 email IDs couple of emails are working and rest aren't working. Tested from another Gmail. It shows such issue - Your message wasn't delivered to blah blah @royaltybd.com because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. I created an account but Zoho requests to verify the address: How am I able to get a verification code from an unverified email? Looks like I used the wrong way to create that account. However, I want to delete that account and add it through my control panel. Is there any way to do that?
Moved to hostgator and now I am not receiving emails

Now when trying to setup my hostgator to work with zoho again and we are not receiving any emails. Can only send. Outgoing mail not working (Apple Mail)
I have gone through and ensured the smtp settings are correct. I can send mail through the zoho web page but not through mail Mac Mail as of three days ago. Attached are screen shots of the settings. Please let me know if they are incorrect and how to fix this issue. Thank you

Hi Support, I used Zoho email service to receive and send emails under my domain (following your MX and SPF instruction, it was easy). My domain hosting was with another vendor. Everything was great then. But there is a problem now. From last year, my domain was deactivated. Following the deactivation, I received two notices from Zoho that the DNS MX and SPF records were not pointing to Zoho any more, which was expected. Now I re-activated my domain and also reconfigured the MX and SPF on the DNS

Dear all, has something changed in the Group email functionality that prevents emails to external domain members of the group to receive email ? Until some time ago we where able to send emails to external domain ip addresses to members that have accepted the membership.
