Can't recover admin password.
Back with another issue. The IT ex-employee who created the account on Zoho, can't help with password recovery saying he "doesn't remember". The recovery e-mail is ti@. The password recovery for ti@ sends emails to an outlook.com account which we don't have access to. We need to reset the ti@ password so we can go back managing our domain. Can you help? Thanks.

Hi, I would like to hide the hamburger icon on the top left of the zoho mail. I don't want users clicking on this and being confused. The underlying services don't have to be removed but i just don't want it to be visible. Is there anyway to make this happen? Best regards
Unblock outgoing mail account
Over the weekend, I'm not sure if my account was hacked but my email address was sending out strange messages and has subsequently been blocked. I changed the password but now cannot unblock the account. I do now however kindly need my account unblocked to enable me to send out work emails please. Please assist, urgently - thank you.

zb-code
I switched my hosting and lost Zoho domain verification and I can no longer retrieve zb-code. My email service has stopped working and I'd like someone to pass this code again to configure in the new hosting. MX records have already been configured, and I've waited 48 hours and the problem continues, so I just need to solve the zb-code problem. On the control panel zb-code no longer appears indicating that it's still validated (but not in the new hosting). Help please!

Forwarded email rule needs confirmation code
I have found out how to set my account to forward all email, but I only want it to forward emails that are coming in as my alias account. When I set up my rule and set it to forward to a particular email address, I receive a confirmation code but I dont know where to put it. To be clear, I removed my old forwarding addresses from mail settings > email forwarding so there is nothing there. I go to mail settings > filters and create my rule. Very slow delivery of emails
Hi. I have just set up a zoho mail account. I want to pick these up on my Mac using Mail, I have tried both imap and pop, but the speed of email delivery is woeful. I have just sent two test emails and 5 mins later they still haven't arrived. If I check webmail they are there instantly. Also if I check web mail they get delivered to Mac mail too. What is going on? I can't use this mail account if I have to log onto webmail every time I want to pick up an email.

POP3 and Exchange - emails appearing as READ in outlook
I have recently set up my POP3 account with ZOHO mail. It is using my exchange email account which I use outlook. Since I have set up the POP3 on zoho all of my emails are appearing as READ in exchange outlook and my mobile device (connected via active sync exchange on Andriod S4). I haven't opened them in either zoho, outlook or my mobile. anyone know why this is happening. Emails delivering to one user but not another
I've just moved my dns to bluehost and gone through all of the setup, most of my email seems to deliver OK now however I have noticed that some, in particular, WeTransfer emails will only deliver to my admin user and not my secondary (which is the one I use most).
