EMAILS CONSISTENTLY GOING TO JUNK
Hey Guys, I'm receiving lots of feedback from clients that our emails are going to junk. Even for customers who we have already had email correspondence with or who have taken our emails out of junk more than once. To clarify, these are not bulk emails just individual standard emails. Can't find admin password and we no longer have our old phone number
Hi, I'm also the admin for our contact account. We don't have our old business number and have no other way to reset it. Is there some other verification process we can go through to reset that password?
Warning message/addresses with "fatal" errors
I do not know if this is related to the recent issues with the zoho mail server because we've been experiencing this all week and occasionally throughout the past six months. Searching through the forums I see that this has been a reoccurring issue with desk for years. We're getting messages from mailer-daemon@mail.zoho.com with an assortment of errors related to email addresses. They all suggest that the outgoing email does not need to be re-sent. Ex: THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. YOU DO NOT NEED
Cannot login to Zoho Mail on Mobile App
Hi, I am the super administrator for our company's email account. I just created 4 new email accounts, and my users have downloaded the zoho mail app. However they are unable to login to their email on the app. It kept saying "User does not exist". Please help! Thank you.

Hello, The last 2 weeks I have received more than 10 mails from mailer-daemon@mail.zoho.com reporting an error in a mail delivery. Since this is very annoying, I have checked the delivery with a few recipients and all confirmed they had received the mail. As you can imagine this is very annoying and I am wondering if your mail service is really reliable? Emails sent to hotmail addresses arrive in the spam folder

Trying to verify phone number
Dear Zoho, I was trying to verify my number. Tried a brazilian number (+55), never received the SMS. Then, changed my number to my american cell phone number (+1). Never received the SMS again. Domain already associated with an email
Hi I was trying to add a domain to my Soho count and got a message saying that domain is already associated with an email. My domain is Hyelinkglobal.com and email they are showing is o****s@h***** which I don't recognise. This is the first time I tried using zoho with that domain. Please advise thanks
Advice on how to change email header
Hi I have just set up zoho mail, changed the user name and ID to a real person name, but when I send emails it only displays the first word "hello" any advice on where or how I change this? I want the user ID to appear "south african kitchen" and I have changed the ID and mail account in both settings and control panel, but it won't change the display on the mail sent. Thanks Keira

Hi, Is there an option to migrate from a @gmail.com account? The following instructions https://www.zoho.com/mail/help/gsuite-to-zoho-mail-migration.html looks like this is only applicable for Gsuite (payed account) . Is that true? Undo Option for Send and Delete
Gmail has a nice subtle pop-up when you send or delete an e-mail that allows you the ability to Undo. This feature would tie in nicely with Zoho's Delayed Send feature. If a user has that feature enabled, a subtle pop-up which remains for 10-15 seconds would allow the user to pull the message back from being sent. For deletions, the message would allow users to easily bring the message back to its original location.

Netfirms to Zoho IMAP mail migration error
Hello, We are trying to migrate the emails from a domain we have hosted at Netfirms to a different domain that we have recently setup on Zoho. We have supplied the required information, but the following error is displayed when we try to add the migration. Server not reachable The domain on Netfirms is amgrd.ca, and the domain on Zoho is wmcrd.ca. The email addresses have been setup on Zoho, and the MX records have been changed for the wmcrd.ca domain. Would the different in domain be a conflict?

MX Records problem

Zoho Mail App not showing "notification" or "newsletter" emails
Hi. I receive emails on my phone app, as I see the number marker when an email is received. However, if the email is tagged as "newsletter" or "notification," I can not read the email. Opening the specific folder, gives me the message, "you do not have any emails here." Assuming this is a setting somewhere but could not locate it. Any help is appreciated.
