Add Task or Calendar entry from within an email
Have started using the new zoho mail 2018, and while any sort of software changeover is pretty ghastly I see enough advantages to grind through. I want to setup a task or a calendar entry from right within an email (while viewing it). I've seen this done in the zoho video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HRVxKxPxLA and have seen the buttons while using but cannot duplicate it. Not finding a concise info packed training video on the new mail, that gives all the advanced abilities and how to do it.

Why is my email screen black now?
Hi I opened up my email today to find that I am in the new interface. I'm stressed and frustrated, as are most users it seems. The main issue I am having is that the new screen has a black background in my mail account, and I can't see any way to turn that off. I can't read anything, as the text is in grey on black - which makes no sense at all. Please guide me to the setting that returns the screen to a light background.

Issue with Zoho mail and website
Hi, I have a "make an enquiry" form on my website that I have tried to get sent through to my Zoho mail account, but for some reason I dont receive any enquiries from the form. Ive tested the Zoho mail account and it can receive mail fine from other sources but just cant get the website form to work. Ive spoken to my website host godaddy and they say everything is set up correctly and to talk to Zoho. Can anyone please help with this issue? Many thanks

Account not synching when using EAS from Autodiscover.
If setup my account via autodiscover; EAS. i get problems with the folder synchronization. But at the other hand if i set my account manually via EAS. It's all working well. I don't see the feature of letting me know at a glance that I have already answered an email. I depended on the greed back arrow to let me know that I had already replied to a certain email. Am I not seeing this feature or do you have this??

DKM and SPF will NOT Verify on Subdomain - Go Daddy
I have tried for 2 days to get the DKM and SPF to verify on a godaddy Domain. I am using a subdomain of an account that is already verified with zoho. The MX records verify ok but the DKIM and SPF will not. Any ideas??

New Interface
Hello, Like a few other people, I'm not a fan of the new mail interface. I thought it might help to share a few concerns. And perhaps others can chime in with some ideas, too. My main issues are: 1. The far left menu (mail, calendar, tasks) takes up a lot of space. This space could be used to make the folders section much wider. The folders section is too small and narrow. 2. The drop down menu with email addresses at the bottom is HORRIBLE. For people with multiple accounts it's hard to scroll down

Zoho's positive locked down approach to ignoring us
If you stroll through prior posts by their staff, regardess of what you want, regardless of what you hope to do, regardless of how unhappy you are with something they have done, their staff will assure you that they are "positive" you will end up falling madly in love with their choices.
