Please check why my colleague could not receive the mail.
My colleague had problem that she could not receive mail from customer, I already followed these step. Check in spam mail -> nothing there. Check on receiver name -> correct. As customer if they receive any returned mail -> none. All I can say that, mail was already sent from customer. Reached to zoho server but look like the mail could not delivered. Please check. PS: I attached the mail form customer to my colleague, please check on it. Thanks.

Folder missing from email
Last night when I logged into my emails, about 80% of my folders have disappeared. If I search for emails that should be in those folder I can find them, but I cannot navigate to them via the folders as the folders are missing. This is on my PC and also on the Zoho mail app (Android). Help!

Hello, I had setup DKIM about yesterday (10 hours ago), and it still is unable to verify. Every time I click on "Verify" button it gives me: "We are unable to get TXT record for DKIM right now. Delete multiple addresses from spam whitelist
When I checked my spam whitelist I found it contains hundreds of unwanted entries. There are a few genuine contacts but most look very spammy. I have no idea how they got there. Something has added them without my knowledge. I'm trying to delete them but it is extremely slow. I deleted a few individually, But using the check boxes for multiple deletes didn't work.
