Server Rejecting Login
Hi, I first faced the problem of not being able to receive the emails on my outlook while everything was working fine on Zoho's webmail and mobile's mail. So in attempts to fix the problem, i tried resetting my account on outlook but setup keeps failing with the error that the server is rejecting login. I checked the configuration settings with my colleagues and your guide to configure on outlook, everything is perfect. I tried setting up on Thunderbird as well, but even there the setup is failing.
Cannot send emails from custom domain
I have set up Zoho Mail to work with my own domain, and it seems to work with Gmail and Yahoo addresses just fine, but I keep getting this error when sending to this one email. (I've censored personal details in the error message below) Could you help me figure out what is wrong? Email sending ok but not receiving - own domain
I've already gotten my domain verified and edited the MX settings so that i can use zohomail with my domain. I could send it out email, but I couldn't receive it any. I try sending from my gmail account and it said "DNS Error: DNS server returned answer with no data". my domain is shm.com.pk Can anyone help me with this matter. Thanks.
Can't receive e-mails from COMODO SSL
Hi everyone, i just bought an ssl for my site. But i can't receive any e-mails from them. My account is working good. Just can't mails from comodo ssl. Registrar says, we're sending u the code but ur mail host blocks "comodo". What should i do?

Mail for Desktop: No support for two-factor authentication?
Attempting to log into the new Zoho Mail Desktop app does not work for accounts with two-factor authentication enabled. Instead of logging in after entering the login details, it jumps back to the login form without any error message.
Softfail SPF record
Hello, We get a SPF-record softfail for our email address. Our SPF-record is: v=spf1 ip4:85.214.251.111 ip4:95.211.124.155 ip4:5.200.2.44 ip4:5.200.2.43 include:zoho.eu ~all Despite of "include:zoho.eu ~all" we still get the softfail. It says: does not designate 135.84.80.197 as permitted sender How come we get this softfail for this ip address and how can we solve this? Do we have to add this ip to the SPF-record or is there another solution? Hopefully we can fix this. Thanks in advance.
Option to set a public sending name for a group
If I created a group named Sales i.e. sales@mycompany.com when an email is sent to someone the display name in their email client is Sales. If the group name is My Company Sales, it makes it inconvenient for internal use as every group look the same as they would all be prefixed with My Company, e,g My Company Accounts, My Company Sales etc. It would be nice if there was an option to set the email display name for emails sent internally separately from emails sent externally, or even just an option

I can't verify my SPF Status for my domain
Hello I followed all steps you provided to configure and verify my SPF Status for my domain "benchmarkeg.com" But still failed to verify it It show this message "We are unable to get TXT record for SPF right now. If you have added the TXT record just now, please wait for 30-45 minutes for the changes to propagate and try again."

Email Spam Control not working
Why is it that there is provision to enter individual emails in the spam control settings in control panel, and this is documented in the help pages, but this feature is actually not implemented? The whole domain has to be whitelisted, which is not helpful for gmail or 163 emails. What other features in Zoho are advertised and documented but not actually working?
Email not forwarded after "mark as non-spam"
Hi, I have email forwarding set up and it's working fine. Some of the mail that end up in spam are not spam, so I mark them as non-spam. Those mails, however, are not being forwarded after marking them as non-spam. Why? ActiveSync not displaying all emails
I have several email accounts setup on my android phone using activesync connection but it won't display old emails (only those that have arrived since I configured my mail client). I desperately need to have access to all of my emails (I have removed the limit in the email client so there is no issue on the client side) - is there any way to allow all emails to be synced to the device, regardless of age as I much prefer being able to use activesync rather than having to switch back to imap?

Some contact groups not appearing in auto-fill

All my mail messages get marked as SPAM
Las thursday my hosting provider went down for 24 hours. After the crash all my mail messages started appearing in the Spam folder. Today in the morning I deleted and created and verified the DKIM and SPF TXT records on my DNS. I sent myself a message to a Gmail account to check the original message. If I bought standard plan for my main account, can I still use free accounts for my domain and additional domains I add? I want to add an additional domain to my account but it says I have to upgrade. Is it possible to only upgrade my account, add a new domain and use that domain with free users?
Recover email ID
I created an email account a while ago with the intention of making it my main account but I left it for ages. I have forgotten my email ID and so cannot log in, although I have managed to reset my password because I linked the account with my mobile number. Is there a way to do this? Hello, I tried to set up Zoho Mail so that I could also receive emails in one of the apps on my phone. However, I seem to have changed something which has made it so that I'm no longer receiving emails. Are you please able to see what has been changed and kindly change it back to the previous settings so that I can receive emails? I should note that I did this last September, just in case this helps when finding the exact change that was made. Thank you very much for your help.
