Can't access email
the dash board says that I need to set mx records, but I've double checked and the mx records correctly direct to the zoho servers in cpanel with my hosting provider. I don't know what else might be the problem. I haven't had email for 4 days now.
Problem with attachments
Is there any problem with the attachments? It returns Error while listing attachments (null). Furthermore all the images in signatures, attached images etc. are crashed.
Super Admin
SuperAdmin has no phone number, zoho email account only, and lost their password. How can I as an Admin reset the SuperAdmin's password or return Super Admin authority to another Admin for the domain?

Old emails being redelivered
All my old emails from inbox and trash are being redelivered. From November last years emails to present day, once its done it starts re sending them all over again. Its on its 3rd run now, I have no way of stopping it. Over a 1k in emails

After upgrading does the free users die?
Hello ZOHO team, I am one of your affiliates and would like to help my client setup his emails on ZOHO. He would like to have bigger space, hence I suggested him the standard plan with 30 GB space. My question is if we upgrade the account to standard with additional 4 users: Do the free users also get the benefit of the 30 GB storage? Will they remain free along the 4 paid users or the client will have to pay for 25 (Free users) + 4 (Paid users) i.e. 29 users in total during renewals? I am in urgent

Hi. Since this morning I have not received any emails. I have tried sending myself emails from other accounts (non zoho) and I am not receiving anything to my zoho account. We are currently trialling zoho on my account with a view to rolling out into the office so if there are issues I would like to get them resolved during this test period. Mail Storage Does not reduces
Hi, my mailbox is showing 71% filled. In Folders list i could see the size of each folder. Than i deleted many emails that were not required. After that i again went to Folders List and could see significant decrease of size of each folders of whom i deleted my emails. But my total storage still shows 71% and i waited for even next 2 days , as in help documentation it was written that current storage reflection might take a while to update. but still after 2-3 days it shows 71% while my folder storage

I have a domain mothoutdoors.com hosted externally,it had expired and the same day I have renewed and added MX records. Emails Moving from Inbox to Trash
Hi. I have an issue that popped up recently. I started missing emails on my POP clients. I logged onto the web client and found that all of my new emails, as well as all of my old emails somehow moved to the trash folder. New emails are continuing to get moved into the trash folder. Any idea why this would happen? Also, is there any way to move the emails in my trash folder back into my inbox? I tried on my own, but it only lets me do 200 at a time (and I have >11,000). Built in Mail app for iOS devices showing "Unread" for Active Sync servers.
Since the last iOS update all my Active Sync Zoho mail accounts are showing every e-mail as unread even when it's been read in Webmail and desktop mail apps (running IMAP) I've tried adding Active Sync to the desktop instead but it rejects being added to Apple Mail. It's only bee happening for the last couple of weeks but happens on my iPhone X and two iPad Pros.

I am getting 50 or more of these messages per day - am I alone ? I have contacted ZOHO on several occasions to report and ask why and what can I do to stop it ... no response so far. My suspicion is that these messages are being generated from within Zoho mail and thus bypassing their spam filter. Make Zoho my default Webmail Link in Firefox
I would like to make Zoho my default Webmail in Firefox. The only two choices I see is Gmail and Yahoo. I looked at Firefox config “gecko.handlerService.schemes.mailto.” and it seems I could possibly add one here or edit the Yahoo or Gmail one to point to Zoho. Before I start messing with the Firefox configuration, just curious if anyone else has an easier solution. Also, what would be the proper URL to add. Problemas con el registro de un dominio
Hola, Cuando estaba registrando un nuevo dominio, perdí el tiempo de validación de el código de confirmación enviado a mi teléfono y cuando lo introduje me salio que era incorrecto, trate de enviarme un código nuevo pero este nunca llego y luego la ventana se recargo. Volví al registro a intentar de nuevo, pero ahora me sale que el dominio y mi teléfono ya están registrados y que debo hacer login, pero cuando trato de ingresar me dice que mi cuenta no existe. Alguien podría ayudarme.
