Unable to Verify Account
I have tried calling 6 times today only for the call to time out after not being answered. I am trying to verify a domain that I registered but I am unable to verify. I tried starting again and I now get an error stating that the domain cannot be used or is already registered with Zoho. The email address I used as the administrator is connected to this domain, so I can't simply log in to the administrator panel and verify anything. Unable to delete a disabled user
Hello, We have a user with email id "amrita@mahaveercotton.com" which we disabled in past, however when we wanted to delete or re-enable it we get the error Z101:Oops! Something went wrong. Try again later. . Also under User Details Section in Control panel Her user id displays as "un1500017526490r97id" instead of the email id. We would like to delete this id. Cannot validate domain
We have been using Zoho mail for about a year and it is great. Last night, I made some DNS changes (moved from having the DNS records managed by Cloudflare to having them managed by Namecheap). The problem is that the MX records are not being found. Trouble send e-mails to my zoho e-mail account.
I have just setup my e-mail account with zoho which is admin@quinte69.ca. I can see that MX Tools indicates there is a DNS record error but I don't understand what is wrong with it. If I send an e-mail to admin@quinte69.ca using my Gmail account, either through Chrome or through Thunderbird, it works. TLS Handshake causing login problems?
Good morning, I am the admin for my library's email accounts. I was able to login this morning with no problem but none of the other users in my organization were. In the lower left hand corner it says performing a TLS handshake with zoho.com and then it times out.
