How to remove a domain?
ISo, a while ago, I put all the entries in my host, but I ended up giving up and removed. Now I have tried to redo the whole process of configuring the domain to use as email, but when accessing the control panel and then emails, to create an email with the domain that I have set up but as it is without as dns , it does not work and gets stuck in it, not letting it be removed or reconfigured. Someone let me help? If possible, I would like someone from zoho to remove this email, because I have tried

Hi, I have a rather annoying problem with Zoho Notes. I add a note, add pictures, close the note, open it again, and pictures are lost. I just lost 2 hours of work. Sometimes pictures will stay, sometimes pictures will be lost. Can you please fix that? i like that little notes tool, but with buggy images, it's not usable. Thanks.

When was IMAP ripped out of new accounts?
I have been setting up new companies with Zoho mail for years, starting them on the "free" plan and then some of them have grown and added other Zoho services. I discovered when I added a new account for a client today (moving them from a crappy Yahoo paid account) that IMAP is no longer an option for the free plans... Why? You just lost any new accounts from me...

Hi, for the last month or so, it seems that certain emails just don't seem to arrive to my mailbox. These are work-related emails, and would be extremely important to receive. I tried to email myself from my gmail account, it worked properly, so it really seems that it is not a constant problem. I have found one of the missing mails in the spam section (don't know why), but the rest are missing entirely. Can you please help me? I can't figure out what the source of the problem could be. Excel Files Wont Download
Whenever, I am trying to download an excel file from zoho my computer is not recognizing the file. So it appears as an excel file on the attachment, but then when downloading it says it is an unknown format. I have tried my other emails and the excel files are downloading fine. It is only zoho. The format of the file is attached.
