Change Ownership not working
I have a separate user called "House" and everyone under HOUSE is open to have other recruiters call them. Problem is when someone interviews "house candidate" and I switch the owner to the recruiter, the candidat still shows up under HOUSE. I even told the the recruiter to re-upload resume and overwrite and it Still does not work. This should not be this complicated, I need it to be obvious who the candidates belong to without having to click on the candidate record. Can someone respond asap.
Lack of support from Zoho Recruit team
I simply cannot get an answer from support and it is driving me mad. You just can't leave phone messages and they never answer. Shocking. I want to change an area on my Candidates section to have a choice of teaching subjects in Subject Areas. At the moment and since the change over you can only chose one subject. So if a teacher can teach Physics and Chemistry, I want to add both or even 3 or 4 subjects like I could before. It just doesn't happen now with the new version that Zoho introduced. I

Work Flow Automation - Z Recruit
Hi, we do not use many work flow automation processes, but I wanted to see if it is possible for example when Interview status is updated i.e. to 'offered', can we also update the Job Opening for the same position to be automated to a status of 'Offered' as well? From what I can see we can only automatically update within the same modules? Many thanks.
Candidate availability
Hi, The candidates I have in Zoho are all short term contractors - usually spending 3, 6 or 12 months on client sites. When I call them I always record their availability ie when their current contract finishes and put it in an excel spreadsheet. It'd be great to have a feature on the Zoho search results which shows: 1) When the candidate is next available (obviously having previously been inputted by me), and 2) If I could select to order the results chronologically as per candidate availability.

Hello, would it be possible to have an overview showing in what level is a candidate connected at LinkedIn to each of the users of Zoho Recruit? It would be great, as at the moment it is only possible to see, in what level is the candidate in connection with me. However, I cannot see if a candidate, whom I have in a 3rd level at Linkedin and I need to contact him, has a 1st level connection with somebody from the team. It would help, contacting candidates would be much more efficient. Thank you
Using the Save As Function for Documents
Hi I am starting to use the Documents in Zoho Recruit. I have a standard template for doing reference checks with the same questions each time. I have loaded the base document into the Documents directory. How do I do a save as to rename it each time to attached to the candidate?
When searching for a candidate in advanced search, the "add criteria" drop down is in a random order.

Make browser tabs more specific
I'd like to see browser names include the Candidate Name, Job Title, Client Name, etc. depending on the record opened. Right now, I can have five different tabs open for different candidates, but no way of knowing which is which by viewing the tabs. I think LinkedIn is a good example of a website with specific browser tabs.
Real Rich text field
Hello, We really appreciate the option to add a Rich text field instead of an text area. We need these because the text area is parsed as plain text via the XML so all newlines (breaks) are no longer working.
It'll be very useful if we can customize our Quick Action menu. For me I would like to see Recently Viewed (Last 10), as I jump between profiles quite often.

Mass update of candidate status - one candidate more positions
Hello, could you make a feature to be able to mass update a candidate status of a candidate associated to more than one postions? Now, when the candidate is associated to more positions, we have to change the status one by one, which makes it quite time consuming. Thank you Miroslava

How to Export More than 5000 Records in 2016
Hi, Looking to export more than 5000 records and running into trouble. Existing forum posts say to create a custom view and use the candidate ID field, but that field is no longer a number and is now a string, meaning you can't specify a range anymore. Exporting Contacts doesnt include Client Names

When having to update codes/information within a custom field, it currently does not update everyone who has that existing code. This is very frustrating. Not all fields have the "replace" feature. It would be a valuable tool to have.

Can you please add the "Replace" option to all fields, not just the default ones. When updated or replacing information in fields it doesn't properly sync to the existing candidate record and has to be done manually. This can be a time consuming process and difficult when sorting records.

Emails sent from Zoho come from a different address and falling into spam
Hello, does anybody have problems with emails sent from Zoho coming to the recepient from another email address? When we send an email it always comes from a different address than selected in Zoho, it is a ......@zoho.com, not company address. The function becomes totally useless, as all emails go directly to spam. It is not possible to send any emails that would come to the recepient from a preset company address and would not fall into spam. It was not happening in the old version. Do you experience

Hello, this is very urgent. After setting up an email in Zoho all new emails in Outlook are marked as read. It causes serious problems. This is not possible at all. Yesterday I wrote an email to support, no answer. Emailing from Zoho did not work for 4 monhs, now it works, but there are problems with the Outlook. I clearly stated that I do not want to use Zoho as a primary email application. I just need it for sending mass emails to candidates. Nothing else. Can somebody contact me asap? Thank you
