Allow Full Markdown Support in Item Descriptions
Currently, Item description textarea uses type of WYSIWYG editor where you highlight text and are given the option bold, italicize, etc. It's a bit difficult to use and error prone. Something that would help our team write thorough, clear descriptions is full markdown support in the text area. Not a Hybrid WYSIWYG/Markdown, but just a text area that supports all markdown. Specifically, [Github Flavored Markdown](https://github.github.com/gfm/) would be the most helpful.
Ability to create checklist templates for work items according to status & the ability to have sprint types associated to work items statuses
Hi, a. It would be great to have the ability to define a checklist template for work items so that people can tick off completed mandatory items according to the status. This will enable having a template checklist for each stage of the development cycle
Be able to sort tasks in the Backlog
When we want to set Task, Story, etc. from the Backlog to create a new Sprint. We only have the option to « Item type ascending ». That search is very basic and limited, you can't even look by status, custom field, etc. What would be needed is something like Zoho Project use. This would help so much.
More Customization to User Role Permissions
Zoho Projects allows you to customize user permissions however you want. I would like to be able to do the same. I am a big fan of Zoho Projects but would like to start using Zoho Sprints for the Agile methodology. Keep doing good work Zoho!
User Story Mapping - visual post-it interface
A key process in UX design is mapping User Stories, usually as post-its on a wall or table. (see https://www.amazon.com/User-Story-Mapping-Discover-Product/dp/1491904909). This could be a way to visually generate Epics and Stories. Map it out as cards, but then you've already got Epics and Stories defined and in the backlog directly from mapping it out. The post-its are "work items" (or epics if in the top row). Rows can be releases, or priorities (or some other new category...?).
Overall project burndown chart
We use Zoho Sprints to manage fixed scope projects divided into sprints, where the backlog and the estimates of the whole project are known prior to begin development. The Burndown Chart is great to monitor the Sprint progression, but it does not permit to track an overall project progression. It would be great to have an overall project burndown, which would look like the sprint backlog but with the dates from the first day of the fist sprint to the forecast end of project, and would take into account
Increase user story title/name length.
We have been using Zoho Sprints for a few projects, and it is a great tool. There is a simple improvement that would really help us and make the tool better : to expand the work items title/name max length. For most of our work items, we type the typical user story pattern, for example : "As a User, I want to click the submit button in order to create a new entry". But as we are french and our language is not very concise, we often have to rewrite our stories and/or omit important words to make them
Few enhancement requests for Epic feature in Zoho Sprint
Hi Zoho Team, We have started using new "Epic" feature and found it really useful. If you could plan to add following enhancements to this feature then we think that it will make it more useful. 1). Add search feature for Epics where a user can search for a particular keyword in "Epic Name" or filter Epics based on "Epic Owner". 2). Currently, there is a character limit of 50 characters in "Epic Name". Can you increase it to say 100 or more characters because sometimes it is difficult to fit Epic

Hello I use Zoho Mail and today add Zoho Sprints, every time i need go to "https://sprints.zoho.com" for login, maybe can be add the icon acces in Zoho Mail Menu apps like the other zoho apps. Thanks.
