Responses To My Survey Are Not Being Collected
For some reason, the responses of at least one person who responded to my survey were not collected! I sent the survey to at least 10 people today (at least six of whom I am trying to gain as new clients) - so far, I've logged about 22 visits to my survey and only four responses - I know the number should be at least five (because I have had five people confirm they filled it out). Help! I need the data from my survey for a presentation on Thursday the 31st and have already sent a Help Request!

Incorrect sizing of Survey in mobile
We are trying ZOHO Survey, Campaign, and CRM for our business. The Survey we have created does not resize correctly for mobile, especially iOS. Next page button lands user at bottom of next page
Is anyone else having the problem that when users hit the "next button" at the bottom of the Survey page, it goes to the bottom of the next page? Is there a way to fix this? Our users aren't always very tech savvy and may miss the questions above that. (I can't make all of those questions mandatory because they aren't relevant to every user and they'll give up if they have to check n/a on every one of them. I've tried that!)
Potential Module Missing
I don't have a "Deals" or "Potential" Module. However, when I convert a lead, it gives me the option to add a "Potential" I have went into settings and the Potential/Lead module doesn't exist. Any ideas?

Lost Logic when a Page is added
I have created a Survey and tested the Logic and it worked fine. I then added a page and moved questions from one page to another. In doing this I lost the logic for the questions that had been moved from one page to another. I have set the Logic in the question but when I Preview the questions they now do not work. Matrix rating scale label bug
When exporting questionnaire to PDF, the labels at either end of the scale are distorted. At the top they are in the correct position, but each subsequent line has the labels bunched together.
Zoho Survey PDF report display issue
Zoho Survey PDF reports do not show cross tabulations correctly. The columns are cut off. Would suggest that variables can be collapsed into a smaller number of categories (e.g. 10 age categories can be collapsed into 5 age categories) OR a more flexible format such as MS Word or PPT that allows changes in column width.

I built a simple survey which allows users to select between 2 different product images. However when I preview the survey and hit the "+" buttons next to the images the image that pops up is the exact same size as the image preview. I have tried multiple images with the same result.

Zoho Survey. Survey Termination is not working.
I have set the parameters for Survey Termination, survey is published but according to responses the termination is not working. The survey keeps asking the rest of the questions even when a condition for termination is true.
Slider NaN
There is an issue with the slider in which it becomes inaccessboble tô respondents to move. I have experienced this myself, it has been occurring for at least since Sunday. I had to change the question from mandatory to allow people to continue to proceed with the survey.
Survey end page incorrect
The end page of my survey should not be this one, I was talking to Zoho support yesterday and showed the guy, though he refreshed the page and it showed up with the correct end page when we were checking through the survey. Hi there, Several respondents have this morning reported that there survey access no longer includes all there previous answers they had completed in deployment of stage 1 and 2. We released stage 3 on thursday night and didn't have anyone advise of any issues. Then this afternoon, individuals re-accessing the survey have notified me that their previous answers to stage 1 and 2 are gone. Another admin confirmed she also has the same issue. Survey Password Not Working with Safari or Internet Explorer Browsers
Hi all, I have set a password for my Zoho Survey at http://thebreakthrough.co/start-benchmark The password works perfectly with The Google Chrome Browser, but won't work with Apple Safari or Microsoft Internet Explorer.
