• I cannot export/print (only one empty page is created by application) survey in my Zoho Survey application

  Hi,  I noticed a couple of issues with Zoho Survey application.  1. Having tried to activate “Print survey” or “Export as PDF” function of “Advanced Options" in “Edit" mode for particular survey, there was only one empty page generated. 2. Having tried to activate “Invite Reviewer” function of “Advanced Options" in “Edit" mode for particular survey, there was a link attached to the message with no survey visible (empty html page) for reviewer who followed the link. Please Suggest. Kind Regards Eugene

• Ipad app issue - Preview view not working

  Team, I am unable to see the survey in the preview view using a ipad app. I see the header only.  Everything else seems to work fine. Thoughts

• Basic Plan Active but Survey Creation Still Limited to 3 Surveys

  I have an active Basic (Monthly) subscription (valid period: Dec 24, 2025 – Jan 24, 2026), but the system still limits survey creation to only 3 surveys, which matches Free plan behavior. The subscription appears active in Portal Information, however
