Hello, what was the reason to change the name to WorkDrive?!! now we need to reinstall and recync on all PC in organisation because directory of folders was changed. thanks!
I cannot add my team members
Hi, we are Zoho One client and I have already associated all my team (15 people) to WorkDrive from Zoho One admin. When I go to TD, I cannot see my team members. Even when I use "Add user" button and re-add them to TD, I still cannot see them. Could you please help. Please see attached screenshots. Thanks. Bora.

Hello, Is it possible to add a task to a document in WorkDrive? For example, I share the folder with another individual. I need that person to complete a task for a PDF document. How would be the best possible way to do that within WorkDrive?

URGENT !!! Moved Folder in Webapp appear again synced from Desktop client.
Hello, we have kind of disaster. Desktop client dosn't work properly. Case 1. > I move FOLDER from TeamFolder to other Team folder. > This action is not synced on colleagues desktop > as result the folder is synced again from ther Desktop clients to cloud. and it creates FOLDER (1) the client is just not working. > Every time I start PC it start syncing folders from 0 and I see every time thousands of documents to be synced. > If Using Selective sync - Unselected folders still stay on desktop.

Hello everyone, I'm not able to connect the WorkDrive mac client. I'm on High Sierra 10.13.6 (17G65) The sign-in form appear. I sign in, an blue bar progress on top, and white screen for minutes. Then sign in screen again. Will WorkDrive be part of Zoho One?
WorkDrive looks really good - I particularly like the fact that it is going to replace all the little doc stores littered around the zoho estate. Looking at Drive, it is asking me to pay for it extra to Zoho one? Is this right?
Error WorkDrive desktop permission
The permissions applied on the web WorkDrive are not reflecting on the WorkDrive desktop. It's only working online. See attached image There are 3 test foldersFolders 3 and 5 are Read Permission Only Working The folder6 that is within folders 5 and 3 is accessible for editing and does not allow. Another point is, were we able to apply user group permission to folders and subdirectories?
Customers Cannot Access Files
Hi there, When setting up a customer, I provide them access to WorkDrive via an password-protected external link to access certain documents related to their project, and this has been successful since having started using WorkDrive. Yesterday, however, I had several customer tell me that when they attempt to access their information, they got a blank screen. When I test the link myself on different browsers, I'm taken to a page for me to enter the password to get into the folder, so no issues,
Documents greater than 40MB Preview
hello, Documents bigger than 40 MB cannot be previewed in WorkDrive Web App or Mobile App. would it be resolved in future?

Changes made on web client don't reflect on Desktop Client
Whenever a file is deleted, uploaded, moved or copied, on the web client, the changes don't reflect on the desktop. Trying to resync the folder seems to do nothing.

I have recently learned about the limitation of Zoho Docs with regards to sharing files across domains - for example: sharing from zoho.com to zoho.eu. Role based access controll
Hello, we would like to share folders with user groups created by us. So we would need only share 40 folders only once with certain groups, and add later 49-300 users to the group without thinking which separate folders should be shared with those users. to share 20 folders with 20 users can be painful. thanks!
moving files in iOS app
I tried creating a folder and moving some files in to it in the iOS app, but I couldn't. I was able to create the new folder, but when I selected multiple files I couldn't find the MOVE option anywhere. same for when I selected just one file on its own. I ended up calling my office and asking them to move the files in to the folder for me. oversight? or did I miss it somewhere?
Retina Graphics on Mac App
first id like to say, we just started using WorkDrive yesterday and im a huge fan already. LOVE IT. the issue im seeing is that the Mac app isnt retina ready, meaning the graphics are all pixelated. its funny because one of your graphics you use in the features page shows a complaint showing that "graphics are pixelated" ... which is exactly the issue im seeing in your app :) please see attached screenshots. the graphics are pixelated and I feel like for a brand NEW app this should never happen.
Finder Icons / Checkmarks / Sync Status
the sync status check marks in the finder (Mac) do not update dynamically. if im looking at a folder, it wont update the sync status unless I refresh the folder manually (ie closing hte folder and opening it again). after that, it will show the correct sync status.
