• Trial & Subscription Issue - Managing Users Zoho Books

  Hi,  We have an issue. My business partner and myself trialed Zoho Books on the free trial. This trial only allowed 1 person per organisation which essentially meant that we had 2 trials running simultaneously.  We have since decided to subcribe to Zoho Books. I managed it from my trial (i.e. I upgraded) and invited him and our other business partner.  We have noticed a few issues: 1. Neither he or the other person that I invited can see their names in the drop down menu in the Timesheets area for

• Converting from Zoho Invoices to Books problems

  I have started the trial move of invoices to Books as I want to include my tax deductions etc in the Zoho suite. I have however noticed several issues with this...   1. None of my hundreds of timesheet entries have been transfered which I cannot see a reason why not and I am not spending several days doing a manual transfer? 2. There is no Zoho books iPhone app to log timesheet entries so I will still have to use Invoice for this which seems a bit crazy?   Are there any ways around these issues as

• About Credit Notes

  We issue invoices in advance of monthly services.  October 1st invoices went out, for example, on September 15th.  We often receive payment in advance of the date of the invoice.  In Books it says, "You can issue a credit note any time you owe your customer some money or when you receive an advance payment." But it appears that I need to debit (decrease) the sales account just because I've received early payment.  When I receive a check and apply it to an open invoice the appropriate cash account

  Hello all - I`m having problem to organize my users. I use a few Zoho applications (Zoho Invoice, Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Projects, etc.) As i`m using it as developer/adm account i have no problem using Zoho to me, but my question is how to organize a few others users to have access to the same applications i`m using. Should I just invite who is on my domain? Google Apps to login would be great to me, but how can i configure that? Thanks, Kleber Alcatrao

• Projects & Books

  Hi I am subscribed to Zoho Projects and have many ongoing projects. If I also subscribed to Books, can it be linked to a certain project ? IE; if I go that project, is there a direct link to the Books? or is it a totally different portal? If I can link directly to the project (perhaps appear on my dashboard or menu bar) , does Zoho Books allow me to subscribe once and use in different individual projects? or I have to subscribe every time I want to link to a project?
