Integrating Mail, CRM and contacts
Hi all, Maybe you could give me an answer to the question below. For me, it is important whether this is feasible in Zoho
Assuming there are three objects:
1. Contacts
2. Leads (Leads are actually contacts in the preliminary stage)
3. Emails
Further, there are 3 employees in our company
Employee 1
Employee 2
Employee 2
My question:
Can the zoho one system provide either or both of the following ?
- employee 1 clicks on a contact / lead A, and then emplyoee 1 sees all the corresponding
Pulling a Custom CRM field from a form and adding it into a campaign email - Merge Tag?
I tried searching for a solution in the form, but I am honestly not sure what to even search for. We have a dealer app created with several custom Account level fields I have created an email campaign and need to pull in one of the custom fields (Scode) into the email. Hi, We're new to Zoho CRM, and we're trying to use the campaigns to send some targeted emails. We have public views defined in the contacts tab, and we'd like to send a distribution to these contacts. We can't use the filters as there's muiltiple criteria, and I don't want our users to have to define these each time. Segment report from multi-select field
Hello community, We are segmenting our contacts using a multi-select field. One contact may belong to multiple segments. Segments are a list of 10 differents entries qualifiying our industry. Now we want to have some statistics, and build a report listing the number of contacts per segment, and possibiliy the list of these contacts. Example: Contact A : Segment 1, Segment 2 Contact B : Segment 2, Segment 3 Contact C : Segment 4 Report should list: Segment 1 : 1 Segment 2 : 2 Segment 3 : 1 Segment

Can't Email Zoho Finance Estimate from CRM
I have Zoho One, and have integrated Zoho Books with the CRM. Everything works fine for me (I am the Super Administrator). Security for all modules is set to Read/Write/Delete, and Zoho Finance is turned on in the security settings. I have other users with Manager > Standard access. When they create an Estimate through the CRM link and then try to email it, they get the error message "You do not have sufficient permissions to perform this operation. Contact your administrator." How do I Set Margins for Invoices?
Hi, I'm trying to create a customized invoice in Zoho CRM based on the invoice template we currently use, which is a Word document. I'm 90% of the way there, but when I go to print, the invoice fills the page and some of the text falls outside the printable area and is cut off. I've tried using HTML code to set the margins, but whenever I use standard code for this type of formating (i.e. body styles) the html editor just deletes it. Customizing Email Templates in CRM
Ive created an email in CRM templates and added a button to click but the button is green. I would like to change the color to coordinate with our branding but can not located anywhere to do this. As an alternative I tried uploading a image file to use but it will not format the image appropriately to use. Any suggestions on how to customize the button color?

Hey I fetching my leads from wordpress contact form-7 to ZOHO CRM through lead magnet plugin. I am able to get the leads in my module. Now I want to assign these leads to the respective team members. Best method to search for a customer using CRM - Creator integration
Hi, I'm working on an app that makes use of the Creator/CRM integration. Since you can only access one field at a time using the Integration field type, I'm trying to find the best way to do a customer search. For example, if I choose Last Name as the Integration field, then you could have a dozen customers with the same last name and no way to see which is the one you are looking for. Any advice? Generating a report for each activity with a payment plan.
Our company would like to track each user's activities and have a report generated calculating the total amount owed for each task to the user. Meaning, we want to setup a bonus system that is calculated on each task the user has completed. For example, they called a lead, converted a lead to contacts, completed a stage in the deals, etc. All of these activities will have a certain payment plan, and should be presented in the end report. Getting Zoho Sign fields for CRM
Using Zoho Sign with a custom module, so can't use the extension. Use a webhook and Flow to send the sign doc with the default value of the fields set. When a document is signed, I want to check the completed fields in the signed document against the CRM fields. Seems relatively straight forward.... apart from my deluge skills just aren't quite good enough. I can get the data using zoho.sign.getDocumentByID. I can see the data I want, but I don't seem to have the skills yet to extract the field

Search not working for certain users and certain terms
Some users have let me know that the search function is not working as expected, they get taken to a page that tells them that the 'Page cannot be accessed' and to contact the administrator. I did notice that the URL doesn't have the query string that usually gets appended when searching for something, but when they manually add something like `/crm/org[organisation_id]/search?=plants` to the URL, it redirects them to just `/crm/org[organisation_id]/search`, which provides them the 'Page cannot be
Notify other users when Notes are updated
Hi there, In my Zoho CRM system I've set up email notifications to alert other Users when a change is made to a Potential, to keep the whole team up to date. My problem is that I can't find a way to include the Notes section in the information that gets sent by email. Is there a way of updating other users when a Note is added/changed in a Potential? Display related rows from custom table in a section of a tab on a CRM account.
We are just getting started with ZoHo applications. What is the best method for displaying related rows from a custom table(cust_equip) that is in our workspace in analytics which was created by uploading data from a excel worksheet. This custom table will be refreshed on a schedule so the user will be able to view most current data. Some Accounts, not all, have rows in this custom table(cust_equip). A CRM Account is related to it's rows in this custom table(cust_equip) by it's Zoho Id(i.e. AccountNumber).
Fields in layout rule randomly appearing when condition not triggered
Hi Zoho CRM team, My sales team has brought this to my attention that fields in the opportunity layout which are part of a layout rule are appearing when creating a new opportunity, even when the conditions are not met.
