When adding a custom field in Books form, it seems the help is quite far away from the checkbox. You really have to know it's there. Screenshot: In CRM, the help text is nicely positioned next to the label... I suggest Books should take an eye on CRM

When the user receives the mail for the activation and open the link to the moment of enter the password and click on "Create account", throw this message: "We can not process your request now. Zoho CRM Date import from call logged on Android app is incorrect
My zoho android app (confirmed I'm on most up to date version this morning) is syncing calls to CRM with the wrong date format in the call start time field. The format is coming in as 12/31/1969. I made the call last week and need the date appropriately logged. 1) Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue or suggestions on what to check? My phone obviously has the correct date and time format for my region. Also, when I go into the call and "edit" in zoho/web app, there is no easy way to edit this

Hi, On the main Project page there is a link showing "CRM Info" which links back to the CRM Account & CRM Potential associated with the Project. Is there any way via the API to retrieve this information? Or alternatively is it possible to get the Project associated with a Potential via the CRM API? I can't find any documentation on either of these. Thanks
CRM adding Google Calendar Events for my team
Hello all, I'm wondering what the best way is to port Google Calendar events to my team members when I fill out a "Time/Date" field in the Leads module. My use case scenario: We have Agents who are assigned to meet with a lead at their desired location, after an Inside Sales Associate has discussed a Time/Date. I need the Inside Sales Associate to be able to select this drop down menu, and have it copy this event over to the respective Agent's Google Calendar. Please advise. Thanks!

I have the API code needed but it keeps asking for the Instance URL even thou it clearly says "only if using Highrise". I have been looking for an instance URL in Hubspot but it seems it does not apply to this CRM. Zoho Sign Generate PDF and Attach to Deal
I am trying to find a way to automatically generate the Sales Order PDF and have it attach to our Deal as an attachment. I am not sure if this is possible with using deluge. Are current process is in the deal we have a button that creates the sales order (using deluge). then we download the sales order as a PDF then have to add it back to the deal as an attachment. Once the attachment is there then we can use Zoho Sign to send on the sales order. any suggestions and/or ideas would be great. Thanks
Inventory Item Data to flow to CRM Products
Hi Team I have created a flow that when an Item is updated in Inventory the changes flow immediately to CRM Products. It works very well but I cannot seem to get the Inventory item "Preferred Vendor" to come through to CRM Products "Vendor Name". Hi.. I just recently found out that emails sent from the CRM to any outlook user can't be tracked until they click the download image option in the mail. Outlook shows a message that says - Click here to download pictures. To help protect your privacy. Outlook prevented automatic download of some pics in the message. I too was frustrated by the inability to change the background color (requested feature for quite a few years). I found a plug-in (firefox for me) to allow by-site color changes to foregrounds and backgrounds. I think it works via on-the-fly CSS alterations. Getting Accounts with API using search doesn't have subforms.
Hi, If I fetch an Account(s) without using the 'search' feature of the API I get back the account with it's subform. But, when I use the search feature, the subform data is not the subform object, just an integer. Is there a way of pulling the subforms as well when using the search function?

Zoho Dashboards sync to Zoho CRM
Is it possible to have a dashboard or page sync with Zoho CRM data in which I can show all my deals and each possible status or stage as a column? Report should be like a spreadsheet. Users should be able to click a radio button on each column to mark in which stage the Deal is. Also, each cell should be colour coded manually, user can change the colour of each step/stage and add a note. When user scrolls the mouse over the cell it should show the note to explain the colour of the cell. Do you reccomend
