Salesforce Migration to Zoho CRM - Problem with the file format of the invoices.
We are currently in the process of migrating from Salesforce to Zoho. All data from Salesforce to Zoho was not the problem. The problem is the bills. Salesforce has a kind of EPS format. But Zoho can not do anything with this format. Now the question: Does anyone have a solution for importing invoices from Salesforce customers into Zoho CRM so that they can be viewed and printed or sent via email? I have created and sent an email campaign from Zoho Campaigns, I have enabled the Sync Settings so it will create and Update the Member status in CRM. CRM - Using Deluge to populate field on CREATE.
Can someone please give me the example syntax in a Deluge function for the following? I am able to create a Workflow rule on EDIT which populates a field on a record based on some logic. But I cannot figure out how to do the same thing on CREATE. I suppose the reason for it not working on CREATE is at the time of the new record being added, that record does not yet have an ID. CRM: import specific contact fields from MS Outlook?
Is there a way to map the incoming fields from MS Outlook to Zoho CRM? I can't find a way to synch the "Suffix" field and it seems like such a basic need - to be able to choose what fields are imported and to where. Is this possible? Emails from CRM going to Outlook prompt annoying message to recipient
Hi, I would like to send emails from Zoho CRM, but when the sent message is opened in Microsoft Outlook, this message appears, probably because of the tiny invisible image that has to be downloaded for the email tracking feature in CRM. Is there a way to keep the email tracking in CRM, but prevent this annoying message from appearing? Almost all my customers use Outlook, so I don't want this message to make me appear like a spammer. updateRecords from Creator to CRM HELP!!
I have a Creator form set up that acts as a calculator for Line Items in a CRM estimate. I set up a function on Success which submits the added subform records as Line Items in an existing estimate using the updateRecord() function. This works to an extent.... The issue is.. if there are more than one of the same product added as a Line Item it does NOT add the multiples.. it simply overwrites the first entry with the latter's values. Hi there, hope anyone can help me. Its great that you can set actions for emails sent out of Zoho CRM, like when a recipient opens an email or clicks on a link, or when it's rejected. But what about email actions for emails that get no response? Webform: Overwrite Hidden Lead Source with URL Lead Source
When someone fills out my webform, I have a hidden field with "Website" as the Lead Source. But suppose I buy a banner ad on SomeDirectory.com. I will want to send people to my website but I want the Lead Source to come though as SomeDirectory (or some other value) instead of "Website". Is it possible to pass the Lead Source value through the URL? Such as abc.com?leadsource=SomeDirectory or pass a UTM value as the lead source? I would want the value in the URL to overwrite the value in the webform.
contact roles / contact entries
On the potentials page, you can select a role for each contact. I had naturally assumed this would update the person's contact details but when you click on their name to view them on the 'contact details' page the role doesn't show up anywhere i.e. it doesn't seem to carry this information across....which means you have to enter the same info manually again under Title...this seems to me to be double entry. Why is this? Is there a fix? I'm a new person to Zoho CRM so appreciate I may not be understanding

Spam through Webforms - Captcha is bypassed
We are getting lots of spam emails through the Zogho CRM we forms. Spamers are bypassing the Captcha and Terms some how. When we contacted Zoho they says that there is no solution as it's a known issue. Onlythign they can do is to block the senders IP and which is not a good solution as spammers sends from different IPS. I wonder how zho forms are so vulnurabile and you are selling this still. Why is the default for events and tasks UPSIDE DOWN in the CRM home tab? Who in this world needs to know the LAST event of the day at the top of the list?
