    If a field "Sample Field" is added to a specific Layout "New Layout" and is not added to the "Standard" layout, the getRecords method does not return any data related to the "Sample Field".     I have modified my modules, and cannot seem to find a way to choose where my outbound emails from Outlook are being filed. They are all coming in under the wrong module & transferring contacts between modules is proving to be a problem for Zoho CRM.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi My colleague started getting the above error when emailing through Zoho.  I checked to see if TFA was enabled, it wasn't. I attempted to change Zoho password so that it isn't the same as his Gmail account but was unable to.  Checked all email settings and they look correct.  Not sure what I can do next?

    I am having issues with the potentials module and field "stage" record not displaying the correct value, it is instead displaying a random number..... ie - 179798000028876089 etc. I contacted live chat who after explaining over and over iv tested to confirm its not a browser or user issue gave me a screen share.  Nevin then tried to fix the issue by testing the issues on many different records within the live CRM!!!! all now with stage values that are not linked to any view and could be lost....

    Have a zoho mail account.   Tried to go into the CRM account.  It takes me to a screen to "sign up my company".  It will not let me input any information into the fields.  Tried on both MAC and DOS.     Hi, my colleague and I are on the same organization in CRM but cannot connect in Campaigns. He tried to integrate my account with his Campaigns account and now we are stuck. He cannot remove the account integration anymore and I cannot sync contacts. 2 Problems: . Why can't we see each other in Campaigns although we are in the same realm in CRM? .     Hello: How can I associate an email sent or received from a contact with a different contact? Foe Example: I want to send an email to John Smith. The content of the email concerns another contact, Mary Jones, but I do NOT want to send the email to Mary Jones. I do want this email and any replies to be associated with both contacts though so I can keep them straight within the deals, accounts, and contacts modules.
