Formula's across modules ZoHo CRM
It seems now that almost everything we do revolves around ZoHo but still soooo many years on we cannot write formula's across modules??? When will you develop this feature so at least we can populate fields in one module with the data from a field in another module? PLEASE!
Zoho Survey to multiple modules in CRM
We are using a very comprehensive survey in Zoho Survey with approx 250 questions. The results of these questions have to be send to multiple modules in Zoho CRM. I know it's possible to only choose one module within the integration-options. As an alternative we are sending the results to Google Spreadsheet and from there one we are importing them into different modules in the CRM. CRM not saving inbound messages from Zoho mail
We have just integrated Zoho mail into our Zoho CRM and I'm very pleased. However, I'm puzzled by the fact that CRM does not keep a copy of the inbound message when it gets deleted from my inbox in Zoho mail. Am I doing something wrong? I can't believe that all messages have to be left in the mail's inbox system for eternity. Any help appreciated. Kerry

Fail to update URL field Deluge script
Hi there, i need your help. i'm trying to update through custom function script a field called website which is of a URL type. Not only it fails, but while debugging it i see that some fields doesnt exist in the map object returns when i call the zoho.crm.getRecordById function. one of them is the Website field, other is the State and City fields. CRM - Auto Number Field Tray Initialize back to 1 for New Year

using the zoho crm field button on our forms and recently the data it pulls over is from the same form but not the field we want. Example product name . screwdriver product code . scr11 price . 9.99 if there is no product code it will use product name but if there is it pulls over the code instead. It did not use to do this and the girls in the office are shouting loudly at me. Help
Company AND contact name for BILL TO?
Hi there Why do we only get an option in the invoice template to BILL TO a company OR contact name? And not both? I want to sometimes sync my Zoho CRM contacts to a company and invoice to the company. And sometimes I work with a single person with NO company, and want to invoice the person. It seems that if I sync Zoho CRM to Contacts, then I can't use a company name on the invoice. or if I sync Accounts and Their Contacts to Zoho CRM, then I can't add a single company-less person to an invoice.
email contacts ported to ZoHo CRM
My company is not (quite yet) using ZoHo mail per se. We have gmail accounts. But is it possible to sync and have those e-mail contacts imported into ZoHo CRM? I am familiar with similar function from salesforce.com. I retrieved help files for Gmail integration, but don't see the setup for POP account synchronization.

We are helping a client of ours customize their Zoho CRM to better fit their sales process. Change Books client currency when using CRM connection?
Hi there When I create a new invoice in Books, I use the Zoho CRM connection to find my client details. BUT...they ALWAYS show up with Canadian currency selected and I'm unable to change this. I can't find anywhere to change the Zoho CRM contact to US dollars, not in books, not in crm. How can I easily change the currency of the contact when creating a new invoice? Thanks.

Strange problem. We have a creator form with a basic lookup to zohocrm. It looks up a product and then displays the name in the creator form. Lately when we do this it shows the product look up but then shows the product code in the field. I am at a loss to figure thsi out. It has worked lovely for a couple of years. Do not think we made any changes.

Sync from CRM to Campaigns - Criteria option not working
Hi there, I've been trying to set-up a sync from CRM to Campaigns, using the Criteria option. I've chosen to sync all contacts whose 1 specific field is not empty. But when I look at the list created in Campaigns after the import, many of the contacts there have been imported despite the empty field. Could you help me undestand what's hapenning here? OK...this needs to be expalined I wish to ADD a list of tags to choose from the informstion online says this: " go to: settings / customization / fields. " BUT there is No such spot in settings.... Make ZOHO needs to be easier to understand!

How do I get a custom app in to CRM
So, I created an application in Zoho Creator, and can't get it in to my Zoho CRM. I have only created a form at this point. The goal is to have a related list on my accounts. Support said that it would appear in the list of Extensions for my Zoho CRM's CEO (Setup > Extensions & APIS > Zoho > Build Custom Apps > Manage) But it does not, I shared it with her and it still doesn't appear there.
