【Meetup 開催報告】 9/16(金) オンラインMeetup 2022 vol.3

みなさま、こんにちは。ゾーホージャパン コミュニティチームの中野です。

9/16(金)に、今年3回目のオンラインMeetup(ユーザー交流会)を開催しましたので報告いたします。今回は50名を超えるZoho ユーザーさまから参加のお申し込みをいただきました。

 

今回は「複数サービスの組み合わせ・連携強化で活用の幅を広げよう」をテーマに、ベテランユーザーさまよりZoho サービス連携・API連携を駆使した事例をお話しいただきました。

 

また、選択制のセッションでは、Zoho CRM Plus 内のサービスに関する相談会、メールマーケティングのノウハウ共有会、Zoho CRM の管理者が日頃の苦労を分かち合うグループディスカッションなど、少人数のグループに分かれ、それぞれのサービスに関連した活用方法の共有が盛んに行われました。

 

最後はご登壇されたユーザーさまに直接事例に関するご質問ができる懇親会が開かれ、今回の事例を深掘りしてサービスについてさらに学べるお時間となりました。
