10 Email Journey broke Marketing hub

I have spent the best part of a day setting up a 10 email journey on MarkingHub and it has now just stopped working, every time i try to do an edit, it just freezes up no matter how long I wait for it to process it just keeps locking up. 

10 email Journey..  and I've tried to call support, no one picks up the phone. you email a problem in its "ill get the developers to look at that for you" and then you just don't hear back

fast becoming very disenfranchised with Zoho, particularly marketing hub and its lack of basic support. 

can some one get back to me with a fix?
