What have we done differently this year?
We have incorporated Zoho's in-house artificial intelligence, Zia, into the packaging module. This feature called Package Geometry, allows you to simulate the optimal arrangement of items in a box in 3D before you pack them in reality. You can then generate packaging slips for the boxes you have packed.
