452 mailbox delivery restricted by policy error - despite having no restrictions
Contact tried to email me, received the following error:
452 mailbox delivery restricted by policy error
I check the admin settings. Using the default policy. No emails or domains on blocked list, no restrictions whatsoever. The only restriction was incoming mail size and limit, set at 25mb and 50 respectively. The incoming mail was not over this limit.
Have not reached daily incoming mail limit, have not reached mailbox storage limit. The incoming domain was:
@weblifydesign.com
Please help. Don't know if other contacts are having trouble reaching us as well.
