am trying to build and test a cURL app connecting to the API but am hampered by continually getting a 500 error along with {"code":9039,"message":"Unable to process your request","status":"failure"} when trying to POST to the eu sign endpoint. I can GET documnet list just fine so know my access token and general stuff si working
