A few questions
Hi there,
thank you for adding a nice new service. We are currently using another Chat-client but will surely move to a paid version of LiveDesk in case it meets our requirements.
I have been running some tests and have the following questions.
1) The text in the floating wen embed seems awfully small on our web page. Is there any way to make it bigger and choose font?

2) When customizing the web embed float button there are "first line text and color" and "second line text and color".
I have filled text into both, but only the first line is shown.
3) Are you planning to make it possible to translate/ customize field-buttons (e.g "start chat" and other fields). That would be quite useful when creating chats in other languages than English.
