As a frequent user to supporting my customers via chat. When a visitor goes idle, It's inconvenient and also doesn't resolve the issue on the chat. The ability to ring the visitor (chatter) to play a sound within the tab window on their computer to remind them that their chat session is still active. 

Sound played to chatter should be a bell or ring sound

I feel this would be a great feature to have within Sales IQ
