I find these new features really interesting. We are Zoho One users and we use all its modules (CRM, SalesIQ, Survey, CRM, etc.). We handle two lists in Campaigns: one for customers who have purchased or have an offer from us and is pending decision and another for subscribers of the Blog. All users in the first list are CRM contacts.
I see that, now, we can send the consent via Zoho CRM Form and, I think it is the best way to manage our GDPR compliance. But what exactly does this mean? What integrations do you have between CRM and Campaings? A few weeks ago we sent our sentiment the only option that we had available in Campaings but, now, we want to use this new option and it does not allow it since it warns us that: "
There is no subscriber in the selected list to whom you need to send to consent email
". We are finding it difficult to manage this and, in addition, with the changes and improvements that you make, we feel that we are duplicating, tripling, ... our work.
I understand that it is not easy for Zoho to adapt its applications to all clients, but when are you going to have all this GDPR business closed?
