Accidentally and employee deleted a very important file, how to recover from Zoho docs
So one of my employees deleted a file form zoho docs, I got an email from zoho and I immediately sent a recovery request email to
abuse@zoho.com I have not received a reply. please help recover file.
I also do not understand why the file did not appear in employees' or my trash can.
