In our ongoing "Accounting On-the-Go" series, we would like to introduce yet another handy feature in the Zoho Books mobile app – sending customer statements directly from their profiles.

Let's dive into a real-time scenario. You're meeting a client for coffee, and they're curious about their account status. Whip out your phone, access Zoho Books, and send their statement instantly – no delays, no waiting. With Zoho Books mobile app, you can provide them with up-to-date information and receive payments for unpaid Invoices right on the spot. 

How it works in Zoho Books iOS app:

 Open the Zoho Books iOS app.
 Navigate to “Customers”.
 Select the customer for whom you would like to send the statement.
 Click on the “three-dot” button and choose “Statement.”
 In the upcoming page, customize the date range.
 Now click on “Email statement” and make changes to the email template if required.
 You can click on “Attachments” and opt to include all Unpaid Invoices so that the customer can pay for those Invoices then and there.
 Once done, hit “Send.”
 Alternatively, we also offer a cool feature for sending statements via iMessage. Simply open the iMessage app, add a new message, click on the "+" button near the text box, choose Zoho Books, select the customer, and opt to send the customer statement PDF.






How it works in Zoho Books Android app:

➤ Open the Zoho Books Android app.
➤ Navigate to the left side panel and go to Sales >> Customers.
Select the customer for whom you would like to send the statement.
Click on the “three-dot” icon and choose “Statement.”
In the upcoming page, customize the date range and filter the statement by all or overdue Invoices.
➤ Now, you can download the statement and share it with your contact via any communication tool like mail, WhatsApp, etc.
Alternatively, you can click on the "three-dot" icon and select "Email." On the following page, choose "Attach Customer Statement" and send the statement via email.
