With the Zoho Books mobile app, you can easily create the required fields on the go, ensuring that your invoices are customized to meet the unique needs of each client.Similarly, these custom fields can be created for your own tracking purposes. For example, if you wish to track "Project Code" in an invoice while associating each transaction with a specific project, you can create a custom field named "Project Code" and input the relevant information accordingly.

How it works in Zoho Books Android app:
➤ Open the Zoho Books Android app.
➤ Open the Zoho Books Android app.
➤ Navigate to the left side panel and go to “Settings”.
➤ Now, click on Preference and select the required module.
➤ Let’s if you need to create a custom field for customer profile, select “Customers”.
➤ Click on the three dotted icon > Manage Custom Fields > Click Add new custom field > Fill in the details > Save.
➤ Follow the same steps for other modules like Invoices.
➤ These custom fields can be added as placeholders in the organisation address / customer billing and shipping address. You can do this from the web app.
