This Thursday, we're excited to bring you a highly requested feature that adds a new layer of customization to your business interactions. Now, you can tailor your organization's address format, as well as those of your customers and vendors, within the mobile app.
Imagine you have specific custom details under custom fields that you want to include in your organization's profile. Perhaps it's additional contact information, department details, or any other personalized data. Now, you can seamlessly integrate these details into your address format for a more professional and personalized touch within the mobile app.
Supported OS: iOS
How it Works in Zoho Books mobile app:
➤ Open the Zoho Books iOS app.
➤ Navigate to More >> Settings
To change organisation address format
➤ Go to “General Preferences” and scroll down.
➤ Click on Insert Placeholders under Organisation Format and the fields as per your requirement. You can change the positioning and spacing as needed.
➤ Hit Save on the top right.
➤ Now, the transaction PDF templates will follow this format.
To change customer/ vendor address format:
➤ Go to Module Preferences >> Customer and Vendors.
➤ Click on Insert Placeholders under Organisation Format and the fields as per your requirement. You can also add the custom fields added in the customer and vendor module and change the positioning and spacing as needed.
➤ Hit Save on the top right.
➤ Now, the transaction PDF templates will follow this format.
