We're here to share a nifty feature in the Zoho Books iOS app – the ability to choose image resolution and decide whether to save photos to your phone's gallery.

Supported OS: iOS

How it works in Zoho Books iOS app:

➤ Open the Zoho Books iOS app.

➤ Navigate to More >> Settings

➤ Go to “App Preferences”.

➤ If you do not wish to save the photos in phone which are taken by Zoho Books to scan a document, switch off the toggle.

➤ Further, you can choose to retain the original resolution of the images that are uploaded or choose the resolution % as per requirement.

Why does it matter?

Control Over Storage: Choosing image resolution helps you manage storage efficiently, especially if you're concerned about limited app/phone space.
