Hello everyone,
Today, we're exploring an efficient solution that simplifies the invoicing and payment process: marking Invoices as paid upon creation. In the world of business transactions, the timing of payments varies widely, with some businesses receiving payments promptly and others navigating longer payment cycles.
With today’s feature, businesses can seamlessly record payments at the time of invoice creation. This action automatically adjusts the balance due and generates a payment receipt instantly. Moreover, it eliminates the need for an additional manual step in recording payments, ensuring that all transactions are accurately logged in the system. Do not worry, we have extended this feature in our mobile apps as well.
Imagine you operate a landscaping company, and you've dispatched your team to a client's property to provide landscaping services. Upon completion, the client promptly pays the amount to your team and requests an Invoice. Leveraging the convenience of the Zoho Books app, your team can efficiently generate an Invoice for the customer while simultaneously recording the payment.
This seamless process ensures that your customers receive immediate confirmation of their payment, greatly enhancing their overall experience. It also demonstrates your business's professionalism and efficiency, strengthening your relationship with customers and increasing the likelihood of repeat business.
Note: This feature will not work if "Sales Approval" is enabled.
