Welcome back to our series where we explore the features of Zoho Books. Today, we're listing the "Advanced Search" option in the Zoho Books Android app. This feature is designed to help you filter data based on specific criteria, making it easier to find exactly what you're looking for.

While the normal search option is great for finding transactions or records using basic parameters like names or transaction numbers, the advanced search allows you to narrow down your search results using more specific criteria. This way, you can avoid irrelevant results and quickly locate the precise information you need.

The advanced search option has been available in both the web app and the Android app for a while. You can use advanced search in all modules where it's available in the web app, with the exception of the Banking module in the mobile app.

How it works in Zoho Books Android app:

1. Open the Zoho Books Android app.

2. Navigate to the module where you want to perform an advanced search.

3. Tap on the search icon.

4. Select the "Advanced Search" option.

5. Enter your specific criteria to narrow down your search results.

6. Tap "Search" to view the filtered results.
