We would like to request a new feature for the Zoho Desk Help Center:
A built-in, configurable "Partner Finder" / "Contractor Directory" tab or section, similar in concept to your own Zoho Partner Finder at:

🔍 Use Case:

We want to publish a directory of contractors or partners on our Zoho Desk Help Center for customers to browse and select the right partner based on their needs.

This tab should allow us to:

1. Sync partner data from a custom module in Zoho CRM / Zoho Desk

2. Display partner info (name, services, location, ratings, etc.)

3. Allow users to filter/search based on categories (e.g. country, services)

4. Let logged-in users submit reviews and star ratings

5. Include a moderation workflow before displaying public reviews

6. Be fully embedded as a native tab or page inside the Help Center

✅ Why It’s Important:

• Many businesses (including us) have a network of partners or certified service providers.

• Presenting them inside the Help Center provides a unified customer experience.

• This helps connect customers with service providers without redirecting them to a separate system or site.

• We see that Zoho has already built something similar internally, and we would love to see a native version available to customers as well.
